UPDATE: I LOVED LOVE LOVED THIS!! Might be one of my favorite couples ever! I was worried going back to the present day would just be stressful angst but it was great. The new castmates carried in comedy and were so funny. Also it was nice seeing the more mature version of FL and ML. The breakup and jail time was detrimental to their development and growth. I’m sad I finished this. This is one of those special shows.

I finished this drama sad that I’ll never have a Sang Yan in my life 😭. Is a guy like this even real??! The messed up upbringing Wen Yifan had yet she had Sang Yan give her devoted and unconditional love. He was so patient and loved her so much. Honestly if I was Wen Yifan it would take me forever to believe I deserved a guy like him.
