I'm so confused by the hate of this. I think a lot of it was to mislead us. We are getting a tiny glimpse of their separation.. more can be at play. The screenwriter wrote the majority of the HIStory seasons so I'm going to give her the benefit of the doubt... and think this is just to make us speculate like wild and drive us crazy until March 5th.

More could have happened between that just wasn't shown to us yet. I think the him staying in America for 2 years is what's going to cause the most anger.

I dont know if I need to put a spoiler tag for a 10 year old movie that is the 5th in the series. But why did it feel like they wanted us to sympathize with a child molester/rapist? His brother was trash... like "Oh he died b/c he was trying to find me to apologize" Ummmmm okayyyy??... what he did to Takumi is beyond. No thank you movie.

I think the movies progressively got better. The first one was just awful to me, but Oh well ended up watching them all anyways sooo haha. I agree with other people saying Misu and Shingyouji's story didn't feel finished.

This was actually pretty good. I usually avoid things made in China (way prefer Taiwan) just because of the censorship and ban making everything a "bromance" but this was before the ban. This is kinda ridiculous but I found myself laughing a lot. The completely uncut version doesn't have any subs, but the mostly uncut version (maybe 2? kissing scenes not in it) was practically the same.

9 months late... Like Love is the uncut (uncensored) version of the I love you like a man (the first movie). This movie is the sequel.

It's a bit low budge looking, BUT it was really pretty fun. An Zi Yan is pretty savage (I could never be with someone like him... It would kill my self esteem) but the two leads kinda balance each other out. They crack me up whenever they are together. I kinda just ends... but I'm on to the Like Love 2 now

I thought this was a really cute movie (I can't speak to how realistic it is though). Just want to point out this doesn't really have a romance in it.. so it's kinda bl, but not really (there is a kiss, but they don't start a romantic relationship). The relationship between them is more of a friendship that is actually pretty nice.

I just feel like they have mutual friends that if he really wanted to get a message to Shu Yi he could have about staying for longer.. so I think we really only got a tiny part of the story and there might be more to it. I think it's gonna be good... like I just keep watching the trailer and special episode on loop haha

I think it’s a misunderstanding but he ends up staying in America for two years! So that might add to the anger. I think Shi De was keeping something from Shu Yi (medical bills what was going on there?). I feel like everything they’ve shown us is to kinda throw us off for the real reasons they separated. so excited. Two more weeks

So did the trailer trick us into thinking Shu Yi father had to do with the separation or did he offer to pay the medical bills we see exchange for something?

I've seen this theory and I think it makes a lot of sense (b/c otherwise I'm confused!) That the girl is his new step sister and the baby is their brother. His mom moved to America to get married and maybe his mom and step dad had a baby.
