I'm excited about this. The director did 2moon2 (but I won't be watching 2Moons3 b/c how dirty they did everyone and he isn't even directing that one), which was GREAT and Present Perfect (I literally watched last night) which I really enjoyed.

Step brothers... like BRAND new.. so not like they even grew up together.

No you are right. Happy being a messed up happy ending. Happy ending compared to the rest of the movie I guess is what I meant. Sometimes I think people mean do they end up together when they ask about happy ending so I was just thinking that.

I loved this movie! The acting, the story, the cinematography were all so beautiful. I'm a sucker for grumpy one falls for sunshine one. They bought the best out in each other. This isn't super heavily romance themed. I mean the romance isn't the main part of this story, but instead helped them both open up. So good. So sweet.. heartwarming.

I agree. I think we can maybe assume him and sib end up together. But I wouldn't call it a concrete couple at all. Yeah plus he told his mom he'll be back to China.. so wth. I kinda wish we got a little more. Felt pretty unsatisfying to me personally.

I didn't find the story confusing, but b/c the couples were all messy and this person loves this person, but they love this person who loves this person... it was like I just want ONE freaking concrete couple in the end. But nope, not really.

How was this messier than the first I am you king? It was longer and that should have given more time to develop the story. I think when people say this series is confusing, it isn't really the story itself that is hard to understand, but how completely messy the ships are. If you are cool with everyone kinda wanting everyone and not a real established couple in sight then maybe try it? I kinda like knowing what the couples are so this was a bit annoying for me. I wanted a more concrete couple in the end and it kinda leaves you hanging.

I didn't completely hate this. I found the first 4 episodes a bit confusing. It's not really the story, but how messy the ships are (and how they just throw in you head first). I think it would have been actually pretty good if it were a full season and not just 5 episodes. I liked all the actors in it, but it was just very messy.

I'm gonna hope! I hate when they edit it for whatever station its on.. they seem to always edit it where the story starts to not make sense.

Yeah. This usually is NOT my cup of tea, but I saw other people in the comments say its a happy ending. Thats the only reason I actually could watch it.
