Ha, me and Kubota are just destined to be. More often than not, I would click on a jdrama that seems interesting only to see that my man Kubota is in it.
A very sad hobby that shows one's immature side and serves no actual purpose besides fulfilling one's need to be hateful. Like seriously mate, if being hateful is your hobby you might want to reflect on yourself. Take up a healthier hobby. Go jogging maybe, read some books, bake a cake.
Reading through comments and I'm really confused as to why some people keep on coming back to this page just to hate on the drama. You all are that bored? We are all entitled to our opinions and everyone is welcome to express their opinion. But like, write a comment, express your frustrations with the drama, give some constructive criticism and move on? When you keep constantly coming back just to hate on the drama, you look like an immature child. Grow up. Get a hobby or something.
I was actually really surprised at how much I enjoyed it. Usually can't watch stuff like this because I just can't stomach it. While some scenes did make me feel a bit sick and one particular scene in the first episode nearly made me lose my dinner, but I braved through it and it was worth it.
Dropped at episode 3. Might pick up again later if I'm desperate for something to watch. I love Sato Takeru, I like medical dramas and the story line seemed decent enough. I just couldn't stand the FL. Maybe she get's better later on in the drama I don't know, but I just found her too annoying to the point I didn't want her to get with the ML. She just seemed very immature. Like, she cared more about chasing ML than the quality of her job. And she's a nurse! Like, it's cool if you want to bag yourself a hot doctor boyfriend, but please don't go into nursing if that's all you care about...
I'm actually surprised at the number of people disliking this drama. I thought it was one of the better ones out there. Yeah it's not perfect but literally none of them are. It's definitely different from the other more popular thai bls so I can understand why it's not everyone's cup of tea. It's such an emotional rollercoaster. Left me a sobbing wreck at times. Then I was drowning in cheese at other times. It was just what I needed though. Needed a drama that would wreck me a little bit after all the other lovey dovey dramas I seen. Honestly my only complaint about this drama is the lack of Win and Team. They teased us with them in the beginning and just kinda left it there.
Currently on episode 13 and I'm really enjoying it. It's one hell of a roller coaster though. To the point that I get confused in my own feelings. I would be dying of cuteness in one scene and then be looking for tissues 10 minutes later. 5 minutes after that I'm dying of cuteness again. So far it's the kind of drama I'm always looking for. Sweet with no unnecessary drama with bitter ex or something. And can we talk about the fact that they seem to have (at least until ep 13) a healthy relationship? Neither of them is pushing the other to do something they don't want. I love that. Also Team and Win are hella cute. Kind of want them to have their own series.
Honestly, someone needs to sit down all those BL writers and teach them about consent. No means no. Anyway, If we put the consent issues aside, It was a rather enjoyable drama but boy did Tharn and Type frustrate me at times. Like, one really needed to learn to communicate and the other needed to learn to chill out a bit.
Koizora is basically the movie that got me into Japanese (and then Korean) movies and dramas all those years ago. Amazing movie. Tore my heart to shreds and I more or less cried myself to sleep.
