Whoever submitted the synopsis took it from Google translate. The "Because of a drunken oolong..." should actually be translated as "Because of a drunken mistake..." (因为一次醉酒乌龙...). Mistake (乌龙) got translated as oolong. Hope that solves your confusion. 😄

The calendar is correct, it's probably because of different time zones. The episode will release Tuesday March 12th at 12pm in China so it might show Monday March 11 at your local time

If you're talking about the lips, then it should be referring to ep.19. The 15 at the top is the date, so Mar. 15th.
