Guys I think most of us are used to fluffy Thai bl series with fluffy happy endings ... This ending was more realistic since it's Chinese and not Thai... It was a happy ending with nostalgic vibes... It was a bit rushed I agree but it was not disappointing!! It was one of the most realistic bl ending after "love in the big city" without making us depressed!!!

Why so disappointed by the ending ..? I did not get it .. both of them follow their dreams and in the end they met again... They only way for QL to be free from his dad was to study and become independent... and that's what happened with his mother's help ..You said they meet again by "fate" but nothing in the last 2 mins confirmed that .. they didn't give us details about their reunion... Like with whom was QL talking on the phone? Also QX did not seem to be so socked meeting QL ( except if this was because of the actor's bad performing, which I doubt) ... I don't disagree that it was a bit fast pacing.. but it was a good ending...

I completely understand when certain actors don't want to get gay roles.. it's their right but since they accepted a gay role at least give a kiss for God sake 🤣 both triage and mod had intimacy... It will a bitty if we get a censored gay drama... But let's see ...

In the novel the characters kiss and do other stuff from the second chapter.. I hope the actors will not be conservative since it's their first bl... Love in the big city was the first gay role for both main leads but they managed the sex/kiss scences perfectly.... It's Thailand we are talking about... They should have intimate scences otherwise it's like a joke to the rest of the bl actors...

I am really curious to see if we will even get kissing scences .. there was none in the trailer ( if I am not mistaken) ... A gay series can also be gay without kisses but let's see...

Sorry I don't know if you are conservative or not but the way so many users react to a single comment is hilarious... So... personally I like sex scences but that does not mean than everyone should like them ..I can also see that in some pages of mdl is not allowed people who don't like sex scenes.. they can't even make a comment without getting accused...What a free world 🤣

I am not positive on rating a series from the first episode that's why I am also extremely pissed with negative ratings without even watching the second ep... Who the heck is rating a decent series like this so low?? You don't need to give it a 9 but seriously below 8??

Ok 7.5/10 is just ubsurd! But anyway ... If I am to compare the two versions of the series here it is... The first couple is fire so maybe the Thailand has the upper hand there ( although I also liked japanese version) but the second couple's story is emotional ( falling in love vs being abused) and sexy so maybe japanese here have the upper hand since japanese can express emotions through their series much better that Thailand ... In other words the fist ep of our second couple was much more on point in comparison to the Thai version... I am really interested to see how the story will unfold...

That's the only part that is refreshing actually... otherwise it would have been another classic kdrama with married couple who seems that don't like each other but in reality they had been in love since forever...
