They werent the main leaders badit gorup is huge very huge. The main leader is Li Kui and he was alive I think…
DW’s dad was on the fast track, talented and climbing the ladder fast… while Yuichi’s dreams hit a roadblock when he injured his hand, leaving him stuck as an assistant. Could it be jealousy? Resentment? Greed? Most likely all of the above? And Li Kui wears a mask, as if he’s hiding a famous face. Suspect #1
Okay, so after a little break (and some intense PvP therapy), I dove back into episode 18 for a rewatch. I had to because that first watch felt like a complete smackdown, like I was getting emotionally sucker-punched from every angle. I kept thinking, 'What on earth is happening here?' It was like everything just spiraled into chaos. YZJ’s usual tactical, calculating nature? Gone. Every move he made was backfiring in the worst ways possible. How did he miscalculate so badly that it cost him and DW their family?
Then it hit me: Who did YZJ actually trust with DW’s true identity? Who knows enough about DW and YZJ’s parents to figure out they might have the red pearl? Who knows DW is YZJ’s girl and would be the perfect bait? Who could have known he's close to a cure? And, more importantly, who else could YZJ have trusted with his entire plan, timing and all, to take down those bandits and have access to infiltrate his own guards? Who was conveniently MIA when the sanctuary was attacked? YZJ trusted the wrong person. And that trust cost him everything. Now, the weight of that guilt must be eating him alive faster than any poison ever could. 🤔
Episodes 19-20… bring it on. I’m bracing myself... surprise me.
They literally killed off most of DW’s group for the new arc.
I have this sneaky feeling that someone's been up to no good… possibly moonlighting as a double agent for the Cui family... I mean, how else could everything unravel so spectacularly in what’s supposed to be a protected underground stronghold?
The way DW and YZJ gripped each other's hand really left an impression on me. There's something captivating about…
Thanks! Did you catch how ZL and LYN sat together during the cooking livestream? It was like they were so in sync—their elbows nearly touching, shoulders aligned, like they were just meant to sit that close, almost side by side, facing TXT together. It shows how comfortable they were in each other’s space, a symbol of trust. It was such a subtle testament to their friendship. And that connection carried into their drama, making their scenes together feel so natural, like I couldn’t help but smile at how perfectly they just clicked.
I have a little story I want to share:I watch just about everything that piques my interest, and I’ve seen many…
What a powerful perspective and message. Absolutely agree with this. Art in all its forms—whether it's music, literature, film, or visual pieces—is inherently subjective, incredibly personal experiences and not meant to be one-size-fits-all. It's crafted to bridge gaps between people, across different times, cultures, and perspectives, rather than creating divides. What moves one person deeply may not have the same effect on another, and that’s part of the beauty of it. Art, in its truest form, speaks differently to each person based on where they are in their own lives. Whether this drama resonates with enough people, across generations, to become timeless is something only time will reveal.
Okay, I'm rewatching episode 16 where Duan Wu rescues Yan Zi Jing. This scene was so well executed. His pain seemed…
The way DW and YZJ gripped each other's hand really left an impression on me. There's something captivating about how naturally they express affection—each loving touch is woven seamlessly into their interactions. Whether it’s the gentle meeting of their foreheads, the subtle brush of their noses, or the way YZJ always finds a way to cradle DW's head, neck, or face, it all feels incredibly tender. To me, these small gestures aren’t just romantic; they convey a sense of closeness that feels both profound and genuinely heartfelt. It's as if their connection is grounded in these endearing, intimate moments, making their bond feel so authentic and meaningful.
hello I am using YOUKU and. I need help understanding why they label ep 17 as TVOD? What does it mean?
An episode available to watch a day early with a one-time add-on subscription for the entire series, not per episode—similar to add-on subscriptions on Amazon Prime.
cui shi jiu confuses me. In episode 16 she kinda felt sorry for the people who were imprisoned in the mines and…
I get the feeling CSJ only ever stepped into the Pearl Pavilion, all shiny and beautiful on the outside, avoiding the mud and cages of suffering and degradation beneath it. It’s easier to ignore the injustice when it’s out of sight, right? She either didn’t want to face it, the coward, or was too naive to see it—or both. So, she kept holding onto this pretty, idealized image of the Cui family, thinking it was all flawless. But life has a funny way of pulling you into the muck when you least expect it, forcing you to confront the hidden, ugly truths you’d rather not see. Guess it was her time to get a rude awakening about the family tree.
It’s mind blowing to me how they try every means to sabotage and bring down this drama and Zhao Lusi, and MDL…
Every online board has its share of parasites lurking in the shadows. Just obliterate their credibility with proof of cold, hard facts, then report and block. They don’t deserve a single moment of your peace of mind or happiness. If you need to shake off the rage, just rewatch the sweet moments in episodes 16-17. 😊
