I love the plot sm but as someone who loves cdrama OST’s I feel like many of the songs don’t fit with the scenes🥲

With cdramas you never really know😂 but I’m guessing it’s real because throughout the show they kept pushing that the tree would find a way to get them back together

i'm not going to say i hated this drama, i was looking forward to it for so long. The visuals, cast and OST were GIVING. However, I hated how this plot was arranged. i grew attached to the side couples just for them to move on within 5 episodes, i feel like it made the drama feel so rushed, it lacked depth. And don't even get me started on the editing between scenes lolll.
I watched all 36 eps and i dont regret it, im amazed to see how much cdrama xianxia cgi has improved, but for me, the drama lacks in its plot unfortunetly. it just felt a bit all over the place and i didnt feel to much for the main couple.

However, i do hope people will still give it a chance despite people's negative comments. The CGI and OST were amazing.

it was an okay Xianxia, but definitely not one of the best and i hated the ending :(

just finished it! its been so long since ive screamed at the screen, stressing over plot twists and characters lolll (9/10 rating from me~)

Lusi and Chengyi noooo, they're both so talented and improving more and more within each project. Especially Chengyi, unlike some other chinese drama actors I feel like he really takes his characters seriously and puts a lot of effort into his roles (Go watch his ep on Hi Saturday with Lusi and its so visbibleeee

I think it was just used to show how close they are and how well they know each other (if your talking about the liking sweets comment)

Just finished it, I really didn't expect to love it this much omg

The kid cast as young Meng Yanchen looks such like a little Bai Jingting! Someone needs to cast him as a young Jingting in the future omggg

He had a cameo in XO Kitty lollll

i'm talking about how it was done not what happened lol...

but the ending was such a let down nooooo :(

can't wait for the last episode but i'm going to miss this drama and them so much

I’ve not watched a drama as good as this in a while, and it certainly does great justice to the original opera and beautiful Chinese traditions! Just WOW :)
