I don't understand why there's such a big hate towards his acting on this site. His acting isn't that bad. I think…
I agree, I think people just look down on idol actors unfortunately :( I hope people realise that some are actually quite talented and have room to improve just like some other actors.
Can someone recommend a Chinese modern romance where the ML pursues the FL first? I’m not sure about watching…
Love O2O (also about gaming) The Love Knot: His Excellencies first love (this is a fantasy though) Meteor Garden (school based) Find Yourself (older woman/younger man) The Brightest Star In The Sky (music based)
Is this drama that good? TBH........i really don't like the male leads acting.......I watched the 1st episode…
I thought it was quite slow at the beginning but I began to get addicted due to the fluffy and cute romance that they had. Ting Nian went all out trying to learn about Han Shang Yan's profession so that she could help and support him which I found quite adorable. The drama definitely wasn't perfect but I think it is enjoyable :)
What are their ages in the show? I know they're not close in age, despite the actors only being a year apart,…
In the drama Han Shang Yan is around 29-31 and Ting Nian is around 19-23. I think it was mentioned that they have a 7 year age gap? But its been around year since I watched the drama so I might not remember correctly.
Award winning director that make “Spring, Summer, Fall, Winter and Spring” No wonder. He makes beautiful movie. Is…
He isn't a mute, this is just a silent movie :) The fact that the movie is a silent movie allows us to realise that we can sense their happiness, sadness and struggles without having them say words to each other. I found it quite beautiful to watch due to this :)
From what I've seen so far I can see that Lee Shi Joon has a troubled life and is often looked down upon by others and has no close friends. He classes his patients as friends, has no life out of the hospital(he kept contacting others so that he could be with them out of work but was refused by everyone, leading him to just be alone for the night)and puts his whole time in trying to help the patients (We could see this when he kept checking up on patients late at night, making unnecessary rounds of the hospital floor, making the nurses feel uncomfortable). But once the treatment ends, these patients that he classes as close friends leave him and he is alone, making him feel depressed, showing that he gets emotionally attached to his patients. It has also been mentioned that he has a lot of patients and he is often fully booked (Maybe because it's the only way he can pass his time?). He cares too much about trying to make others happy but he fails to change his life and become happier. This is leading me to believe that not only will he help her but she will also help him and she may be the only person that stays with him and begins to care for him.
I know some people may dislike the age gap but they are both adults in the drama and in real life so I personally don't see an issue. I'm 17 and I love Shun Ha Kyun and his acting so i'm looking forward to seeing this relationship and see how these two characters change as the drama progresses. I can't wait to see what will happen in this story, i'm loving it so much right now :)
OML. I never watch these types of movies but I couldn't help but be interested by this plot. Their story was so heart-wrenchingly beautiful, I cried so many times watching this beautiful movie! The way they protected and cared for each other was adorable. They didn't even need to be in a relationship to showcase how much their existence meant to the other, just their friendship was great to see :) Not only was their slow burn romance sweet to see but I liked how the movie also looked into the struggles of teenagers and bullying in general. This movie really opened my eyes to life and things that some people unfortunately go through. I'm also in love with the soundtrack, the songs made the scenes more emotional and heart-warming to see. I highly recommend this movie, please watch it! I plan to rewatch it many times in the near future :)
To anyone reading this that has/is gone/going through things similar to Chen Nian in terms of bullying, I wish you all the best in the future! There will always be someone who can stand by your side, just like Xiao Bei to Chen Nian. Look forward for the future, you are someone important and your existence makes a difference :)
Loved his role in fall in love even if at some time a hated him a a lot since he was selfish ^^ i hope he will…
He hasn't got a main role in the drama but he is in a historical drama that came out recently, My Fantastic Mrs Right. He shows up in most scenes even though he isn't the lead. We see him having a good bromance with the main lead and he has some good fighting scenes :)
But dramas I would recommend are
Doctor John and The Good Doctor :)
The Love Knot: His Excellencies first love (this is a fantasy though)
Meteor Garden (school based)
Find Yourself (older woman/younger man)
The Brightest Star In The Sky (music based)
