I loved this drama, it was a light hearted drama with a lot of sweet scenes. I usually don't love secondary couples but I really loved the secondary couple here, they were so damn cute! The ending wasn't satisfying though, I wish they explained things better :(

I think his mum definitely has some mental issues, I'm not sure whats going on with their relationship but I think well definitely see more of her.
From what I've seen so far, his father seems to be doing quite well for himself(in terms of work and money), showing that he's well known and possibly looked up upon by others. And this normally means there's something suspicious about him because he's 'too perfect'. Even if he didn't kill that girl, he's definitely hiding something like you said :)
Personally I would like to see her with Chun Jong Bum, I pitied Gong Ji Chul so much! Yes he killed someone but he went through so much as a child and was constantly pestered by his father (who later blamed his murders on him).Gong Ji Chul was reborn as Chun Jong Bum even though Jung Ha Eun said he wouldn't be reincarnated, I think this is a chance for him to redeem himself :)

Yeah! The whole situation seems suspicious , I have a feeling that he stayed with the body to protect it, or maybe he was stuck in the place with it? Also, his dad keeps sending him to America, what if its not because he thinks he's a killer but becuase he knows a secret. (this is just my speculation though)
