I love medical drama. But surprisingly I couldn't get into this one too.. I feel so confused lol. Tried so hard to like it, I feel the casts are great and they had amazing acting skills. But I don't know, I just couldn't get into it.

I'm a new fan of Kang Ha Neul because of this drama. I only watched him once in The Heirs before. So glad I discover him here ❤️ I hope he wins award for this brilliant performance!

This hands down has one of the best script for kdrama ever, and can I say, THE BEST DRAMA OF 2019. So much goodness, and the growth of each main characters is amazing. This drama just restored my faith in humanity. Thank you, thank you so much to the writer for creating such an incredible character like Yong Shik. And the rest of the casting are perfect, too. I couldn't express my love enough for this spectacular drama. 10/10

You know those days when it rains and I enjoyed having a cup of hot chocolate.. This drama reminds me of that same warm and fuzzy feeling. It comforts me. I feel thankful to the writer, all the characters are beautifully written. Perfect 10/10. I have nothing but praise for this drama. This drama will be in my mind for a long time.

I don't understand why this has such a low score here 8.3, this is one of the best historical that I've ever watched. I'm not even a fan of both leads but this show is so amazing, it has perfect balance of everything (humour, romance, tension etc).

I don't know why this drama is not popular, it's one of the best kdramas that I've ever seen. AMAZING plot, kept me on edge and made me binge it for 3 days which I rarely do. So glad that I watched this series.

Before watching this drama, I had my doubts. I mean the synopsis and the poster looks crappy and not to my liking. But I decided to give it a go, as it received so many good reviews. OMG, it's one of the best drama EVER.. It's beautiful, great casting, amazing storyline. I cried, I laughed, it's an emotion rollercoaster. If you still thinking whether to give this drama a go, please please watch it. It's AMAZING.
