the manhwa is over 200 chapters and he hasn't woke up yet from the coma and even if he did we don't know since he got transferred to another hospital even the MC don't know where he is.
and we don't see beom seok again don't worry

actually the whole season 1 was some flashback chapters in the middle. The actual main characters with our mc are the friends he get in his new school that is full of fighters and bullies

trust me there are waaay more important issues like murder and bullying.
