I heard that the novel has two sequels so I am hoping they make an adaptation of those but I doubt it. I lowkey wished it was longer! Although it was like 2h10 it didn't feel long.

I guess whatever humanity was left in him. He felt bad for Ichika/Natsumi. I guess she reminded him of his wife seeing how much she is trying to protect her husband and didn't want hayase to lose his wife forever.
God I really feel bad for all parties.... Except that devil Goroku. The plot twist is brutal but I really felt bad for both the real Ichika and Natsumi. Goroku had the audacity to steal the money and then blame everyone wtf! I hope in the next two episodes Fuyuhashi realizes who actually killed Machi and teams up with Natsumi and Hayase to take him down.
I feel like its way too obvious that Ichika is Natsumi. Especially with her that desperate in wanting to save Hayase and the way she said sorry Machi-chan at the end of episode 7. I am just curious about what happened exactly and why she decided to become Ichika, and what happened to the real ichika.
