it only says “preventing” in the english (cc) that is the direct subs from the english dub and are usually VERY inaccurate. If you switch from english (cc) to English subtitles which are usually more accurate it says exactly “ three airstrikes operations against palestine”. my guess is the dub team didn’t like that sentence and changed it.
