Episode 12 and I think there's still like half a dozen couples that we haven't seen yet, right? (there do seem to be a lot of couples, at least in the intro at seems that way 🤣)
What ever happened to Xiao Ba? I was hoping we get to see him in more episodes! 🤗🤗The visuals with the ML and his white and gray cloak over the crimson velvet robe with the fluffy white puppy in his lap, perfection! That one scene is what made me know I was going to love this series.🥰
I am loving the ML and FL having their happy interlude as normal villagers. I usually love the characters he plays, so he is doing a hell of a good job making me hate him! 😉 So far the emperor seems like such a good guy. I hope he stays that way. Though the ick factor is pretty strong between him and the princess. He's giving off kindly grandpa vibes and I would hate to see that change. 🤢 I hate seeing Bi Wen Jun as a bad guy!😢
For anyone who has watched this already, did the FL end up with the wrong guy in this Thai version too? Before I open myself up to more disappointment.....😉
Episode 9. Not sure I would have used a story like the steadfast tin soldier. In the end he melts in the fire and she burns away until all that is left is his tin heart and her metal rose! 🤣 I do like the outdoor advertising with the prickly hedgehog, the snail, and the prince charming horse! I'm still liking this show a lot. I do wish someone would give the FL a pair of pants though. It must be cold walking around with super short skirts all the time! 😉😂
Both beginning and ending credit songs are good. But the opening definitely grabs you
nooooooo! I would rather have a straight up sad ending than a mixed one. And please, no 'open' endings either. And for all that's holy, none of this 'they are separated for years and in the last 5 seconds we see that frickin' red umbrella and one of them smiles and.....'😂

Something about Curley Gao's voice in the opening. It sounds so desolate and heartbroken, yet hopeful? If that makes sense. That song is the main reason I fear for a sad ending!😢
