idk why people are saying it's so bad like i get that not everybody can get the humour but it's literally just a silly goofy drama about vampires that doesn't take itself so seriously idk what were you all expecting lol
it was actually way better than I thought it would be. a standard kbl with likeable characters that aren't one dimensional, pretty good acting and some cute moments. han taeyi reminded me of jaewon from the eighth sense a bit. some plotlines could be developed a bit more (taejoon's depression for example) and others felt too rushed (like seheon acting like nothing happened the day after taeyi straight up assaulted him) and imo it needed one more episode to tie juha and doyoon's storyline nicely and less idk ambiguously. I just really needed some more redemption arc for juha and justice for my beloved doyoonie. also, the fake kisses were kinda unnecessary, especially the blurred one. the umbrella one could pass as a artistic choice but honestly blurring a kiss?? in 2024?? if you don't want the kiss to really happen for some reason, just be creative with camera angles. blurring just feels like it's something I wasn't suppose to watch. overall, it's a good drama and worth giving a try. I don't think you'll regret watching it, but it's not a showstopper or anything.

i actually learned some things about what happened in the novel from twt while i was watching so it wasn't all that confusing, my main point was just i have personal vendetta against series that don't explaing everything when there's no sure promise of continuation haha i hope s2 comes soon bc i miss jom & yai already<3
I really don't know how to feel about this. on the one hand, it was just wonderful; great acting, interesting characters, top notch chemistry and just immaculate performance when it came to the more emotional side. I could really feel all the love, pain, sadness and tenderness between jom and yai. truly, in so many aspects, this drama is a masterpiece that's rarely seen when it comes to Thai BL dramas. but, on the other hand, there's some unexplained plot lines that just bug me a litte.
like, jom saying he's in love with khun yai, although in previous episodes we didn't really see him express himself in any way, verbal or not, that would point to the fact that he's starting to feel something towards him. even when he told James that he has someone he likes aleady, I thought that he must mean his ex ohm and not yai, because to that point, I saw no signs of jom actually falling in love with yai. next thing is honestly pretty minor, but i can't get over the fact that saen literally tried to kill jom and yet later on they act like they're friends lol. I get that it might be because saen looks like ohm but still, overlooks like that irk me. also, the story of jom & yai's relationship in their previous life was just thrown there almost randomly just to be barely mentioned again until the very end when there was no room for explanation anymore.
lastly, the ending. it's really bothering me, because it doesn't make any sense. yai appears literally out of nowehere and not one word is mentioned of it. I had like 8 minutes left of episode 12 and I was wondering if all of the sudden yai will tell jom that reading h.g wells inspired him to build his own time machine and that's why he's there. and yes, I know there's a possibility that it was done on purpose, with 2nd season in mind, which would also mean the story of jom & yai's previous life would be told more in depth then, but I just HATE when series or movies leave loose ends like this to dangle "there could be continuation;))" in front of my eyes when no one's knows for sure if the continuation will even happen. if there was a clear announcement that a 2nd part WILL come out after this, I wouldn't mind those things at all.
I genuinely liked it. it was simple, cute and with no unnecessary drama between the couples. I wish samsee ended up with metha at the end cuz him being with prem's sister makes literally no sense, but I guess we can't have it all.
ik ppl say that's this kind of silly romcom is somewhat below OffGun after they did Not Me but I don't see problem in them acting in different genres, that's literally the point of their jobs. maybe they wanted to go with something less challenging this time. they're still going strong and their chemistry absolutely eats so let's just enjoy it while we can.
i decided to watch it today (for some forsaken reason) but after one episode im done. there's not even a potential for this to be camp or funny, it's just bad. shame, cuz milk is really cute.
once you get used to how explicit everything is and how everybody's tryna f*ck everybody and their mama, it's actually watchable. the plot starts to thicken a bit in ep 4 so maybe they're gonna beat the PWP allegations lmao
