Penthouse is good but it's getting draggy at the back T-T I hope they won't drag Pandora like how they did with Penthouse (especially since they both have the same scriptwriter)

This is the "sequel" to Legend of Concubine Zhen Huan (even though it wasn't affiliated to the mentioned series) but if you enjoyed the prequel, you will definitely enjoy this one!

But please remember to prepare a lot of tissues when the series' nearing the end though! I bawl my eyes out whenever I rewatched ):

Gu Eun Jae ended her revenge and ended up with Min Geon Woo.

Geon Woo's "crazy" little sister went to the states along with their mom.

Shin Ae Ri got diagnosed with stomach cancer and died in the sea (where Gyo Bin drowned Eun Jae) along with Gyo Bin who decided to follow her to death.

Ha Na got married with Eun Jae's older brother and got pregnant.

Ah! I've gotten the wrong idea. I'm sorry. But yes, Lee Yoo Mi's acting is so convincing. I got really upset over her death in Squid Game but in this one omg, the way she acted really made my blood boil T-T HAHAHAH

I kinda skipped the politics scenes on Kingdom coz it's kinda making me sleepy HAHAHAHAHA

And yes, I knew she wanted to deliver food to the gang on the rooftop. But then she was killed viciously by Gwi Nam. But all I can say this is Karma because what she did to Kyungsoo came back to her x 10.

What she did to Kyungsoo was unforgivable. Just because no one was on her side and that she's lonely, doesn't mean she can do something like that to a person who just saved her life. True, she felt guilty and is remorseful. But the way she indirectly caused the teacher's death as well. I know that it's all for surviving but the way she's treating someone while there are zombies out there killing people is not right.

I am not Korean but however, I've heard that most of the bullying if not all are really severe. And that there are some movies that were gotten inspired by bullying cases in Korea .

And the one bullying are always the children/descendants of the rich and they will get away with it easily while the victims, the poorer ones, will have to suffer from trauma over the bullying they got.

why does this feel like a thai version of penthouse? the poster and the vibes?

Hey! No worries! I just don't like love line in thriller dramas/movies coz it kinda kill the mood when everyone's trying to escape and the couple smooches out like their life depends on it T-T

True, the loveline in this one is low but the way they all acted recklessly when they're falling heads over heels. Especially the way where Soo Hyuk punched the male lead when the latter was just trying to protect the rest.

Also, the loveline doesn't make any progression to the story. I skip the love you kiss you scenes whenever they're about to happen coz who the hell would write a love line for thriller dramas when people are trying to survive a zombie apocalypse? T-T

Kind of forced like Penthouse's pair. Shim Su Ryeon x Logan & Jo Seok Hyun and Bae Ro Na.

I loathe Loveline in a thriller drama and hence, why I didn't complete Happiness. This series started out great but the female lead is just standing there when everyone's telling her to go (including her father who sacrificed himself to save his daughter and her friends). And also, Soo Hyuk just standing there when his girlfriend's trying to sink her teeth into female lead's neck is just so- like, the hell you doing man? Your hybrid zombie girlfriend is gonna kill your friend but why are you just standing there like a plank of wood?

I personally dislike romance in thriller/horror dramas coz it ruins the vibe tbh.

His role as Xiong Ba in both movie and drama ver of Wind and Cloud established one of his most classic roles ever.

Lee Young Ae (actress of the role, Dae Jang Geum) was already in her 30s during the timing of filming. That explains why but it for sure didn't bother me though.
