so i looked at dramawiki & the official baidu page again and dramawiki now says that ZLH is dubbed but the baidu page still has no dub actors credited for anyone so i'm still confused because there's scenes where it really does sound ike ZLH's voice to me 🤣 or i'm just getting worse at recognising voices 🤣

they've credited the same dub actor he had in the princess royal & tiger and crane so maybe that's why it feels natural to me because this voice actor has dubbed him before? but i'm still confused 🤣 it doesn't bother me it's just those few instances where i really did think i heard his own voice 🤣 oh well at least i was correct about TXW voicing herself unless the dramawiki page hasn't updated that and i'm also wrong again 🤣

edit: i read another comment lower down that apparently it WAS his voice but they changed it ??? booo 🍅🍅🍅

yeah that’s what i was thinking, i’m usually quite good at recognising voices so i double
check just in case im wrong & i even checked the chinese sites and nothing was listed yet for voice actors for anyone but usually the top actors have something already

seen multiple comments of people who are saying that's not ZLH's actual voice but after watching multiple episodes that sounds like his voice to me ??? both him & tian xiwei (+ multiple other side characters) seem to be using their own voices (and/or dubbing with their own voice)

i was so excited about this series because i love MaxNat and SunNuea were the cp that made me start enjoying them & have been a fan of them since but just what did they do to my poor beloved characters in this 😭

i might be misremembering but i swear this page used to have a "dissociative identity disorder" tag when i first looked at it when the drama was announced but now i've noticed it's not there anymore so i'm starting to wonder am i thinking of a different drama or is that the direction this drama will go (i'm getting that vibe from the episodes i've seen so far & the plot synopsis also gives me that vibe)

sooooooooooooo they're just not gonna properly explain the whole parallel universe thing and why the friend can read minds ????? and also what was that dumb ass resolution for the shitty mother plot ???????????????????????? like i enjoyed the drama don't get me wrong but i would've liked those things to be explained more than whatever that explanation (if we can really call it that) from alternate cir was a few episodes ago

it seems the 11-12 i watched yesterday is the equivalent to tencent's 23-24 🤣

i just realised viki has combined the eps a little bit so i might be later in the series than i thought because the episode length is different on viki compared to wetv/tencent 🤣💀

i'm also just waiting for them to reveal that the 2ML has been the real culprit all along because that's how these plots tend to go and the few longing looks and jealousy i see every now and again from the 2ML when the FL & ML are together is sooo sus to me, especially after the scene where he was drugged and ended up sleeping with the other wife while calling out the FL's name

this didn't need to be 20+ minutes nor 42 episodes, there's other c-shorts with the exact same plot for like 10-15 minutes & 24 episodes 💀🤣
