i just finished this movie & totally agree with you especially since i feel like gii’s actions were very out of character in that scene, throughout all the movies he’s been very careful of takumi & his phobia (i feel the first movie handled this the best) so to do that and not stop when he sees takumi visibly uncomfortable & trying to push him away as well as vocalising him to stop seemed strange to me & for him to do this, i assume i’ve got the timeline correct, right after he’s found out that takumi collapsed it’s just so ???????? to me also he thought takumi was sleeping at this point too & even told him not to wake up ???? & then to have takumi realise it’s not his brother doing this but the person he loves it seems strange that he would just accept it happily, like i know everyone deals with trauma & trauma recovery differently but i don’t know i think that experience probably would’ve traumatised him more but …. yeah for the most part i loved this movie but i did have to knock my rating down because of this scene, it was so unnecessary they should’ve just cut that part out
