Google told me she’s reviewing scripts again. Is google a liar?
She said in her recent livestream that she is waiting for the script to be polished and getting the set together takes time so we have to be a little more patient. Also since her drama topped last year, she is very selective with her scripts now. The drama market in china is not doing well right now and ppl are more critical of sloppy scripts. Furthermore, she stated that she cannot go into another production like Almost Lover again where the script was only partially written and changing everyday and thus they had to improvise on the spot. A fully written script helps with clarity and getting swindled.
ZhaoLusi has already signed with Orca Entertainment. They're now displaying her drama character on big billboards…
She did not deny it. Not saying it is true but she denied it for another company (which is also a subsidiary of Alibaba with all the artists). She hasn’t denied Ocra one.
Guys what's happening, I saw on the internet where Youku is showing big billboards of past Lusi's drama characters.…
ZhaoLusi has already signed with Orca Entertainment. They're now displaying her drama character on big billboards at their Beijing headquarters, and her parents also went to Beijing today. Orca Entertainment is the headquarters of Alibaba Entertainment, so signing with them basically means signing directly under Alibaba. Alibaba Entertainment is similar to Tencent's PCG, it's one of Alibaba's core business groups. So this is a really good sign. (Youku is a streaming platform owned by Alibaba).
29k heat broken, just for people interested, only 3 shows have broken 29k heat on tencent this year. Fastest drama…
Honestly was nervous before this show release considering it’s a modern drama and it’s harder for it to reach 30k. But I am so happy that she’s breaking records.
I heard lusi just signed script of historical drama with zhou yiran but its not showing MDL yet ....
no that was just rumours. At this moment in time, she has not taken any scripts. She is fighting with her agency which will take a long time to resolve.
Rumors 🍉: it is said that lusi has just terminated the contract with her bad agency, the agency that never…
Pray that the agency can protect her from all the trash she had to endure. It’s the bare minimum they can afford their artist. IDK why agencies treat their own assets like trash, never makes sense to me.
What to do… she needs to settle things with her agency first before starting to go back filming again… and…
I thought she had a few years left with her agency. She also can’t abandon AL since her agency invested in it (that’s what I heard). My girl is going thru it. But no matter how long it takes, I will stand by her.
After LA, the drought is going to hurt, even more than the drought we had between TLI and TSOPG. I want to see her in many dramas but at the same time hope that she is content. I also hope her success for LA.
I keep seeing the same misinformation being spread repeatedly, so I want to clarify the situation. For those who are unaware of her health or illness but have come here to understand what’s going on: she did not have a stroke. Her illness is Dissociative (Conversion) Disorder with anxiety.
I understand why people might speculate, given her symptoms (such as temporarily being unable to walk or speak), but she has already confirmed that it’s not a stroke. Her inability to walk or speak was temporary, and it could have been caused by several factors, such as extreme physical weakness, panic attacks, or other internal factors related to her condition.
It’s also evident that she can now type long and thoughtful messages on Weibo (beautifully, I might add) and text her friends. This clearly shows that she did not have a stroke, especially since strokes often result in long-term impairments in speech and mobility.
She needs time, energy, and consistency in following her doctor’s treatment plan. She has been a fighter, and I believe she will recover and return stronger. In the meantime, her shooting schedule is on pause.
I don’t think they will replace her, as many actors have temporarily paused filming due to injuries or health issues. Considering how long ZLS waited to do this drama because of the director and the fact that her company (correct me if I’m wrong) has invested in this production, I’m confident they will wait for her recovery. If they don’t, it’s their loss anyway.
she confessed on Weibo that she’s suffering from depression. I sincerely hope that she recovers soon. mental…
I myself have gone through PTSD due to losing a loved one at an early age in the most traumatic way possible. And even though 5 years has passed and I can say I’m healed from it, there were times where I would wake up from horrible nightmares of that situation (although I have not thought about it at all). No matter how much you recover, a piece of it always stays with you. She is one brave girl to endure all of these constant traumas. She is a fighter and like a phoenix, she will rise from the ashes.
Lusi breaks her silence, she has bravely shared her situation, her diagnosis and the trauma she has endured and is enduring. May you fully recover my darling.

I hope and pray that in 2025, she will recover fully and heal from her trauma. I hope she is able to leave her agency (and that agency gets burnt to the ground). I hope she is able to be happy and healthy. Whatever she wishes to do, I will stand by her. Her courage and endurance has been so strong over the years, and I hope that the sacrifices she has made, she gets 1000x the success in return.
Yes…in my dreams. This is one of the reasons I stopped watching kdramas (until it’s aired) because I have no patience. But with this one, if I don’t watch the latest eps, I’ll get spoiled on TikTok without even searching for it, it just randomly shows up 😭😭.
