I started this drama and after two episodes, I'm giving up. I enjoyed the ML - or the demon bad guy who I assume…
I respectfully disgree to "BL has one act". Sometimes it takes more than 2 eps for a character's layers to show. Its fine to dislike an actor but FL literally had character development majorly after 5 eps and then in later eps became an all serious person and becomes strong as an individual and goes hand in hand with ML. Also BL in this drama performed another character which is of smart and cold goddess. She fits in these xianxia roles well. Though I understand where you are coming from. She has One and Only, Forever and Ever, Northward (adult arc) where she had gentle and soft characters (if you can aside your prior dislike to watch otherwise it's fine)
Also I think personal bias against actors affect the watching alot. And taste differs cause some of the FLs from dramas you enjoyed as LOTFG FL, who is all bubbly and doesn't have any of the depth, qualities and capabilities carried from novel and rather comes out shallow and is reduced to being saved by ML at the end all the time, and especially ADWAD FL, who had basically zero character development for majority of the show and kept misunderstanding ML, were intolerable to me.

Lol although them sleeping together is not shown directly in the drama.. but there was a scene in the morning when he woke up late than her and looks for her adjacent to him on bed. So they used to sleep together while living as husband and wife in the mortal realm during their love tribulation.

This story is quite complex and it uncovers itself slowly.. I think it's major shortcoming is it starts from the middle... leaving people to be questioning the drama and most of the people are not patient enough to wait for when story starts to reveal itself and thus misjudge it from the first few eps (that's valid on viewer's part though)
If you are willing to watch, the plot starts slowly unwrapping itself from ep 6-7.Before that we are left hanging, questioning the things.. but afterwards it all starts to make sense. And your now complaints will be gone.
Loved it. Such a sweet drama. Both were mature to not have any misunderstandings when they meet again and clear in their minds to grow old with each other only.

That's not the case. Her on set line delivery evident from Feud's BTS clips is similar and as good as the dubbed voice. Infact cnetz and international viewers didn't like her being dubbed. Dubbing can be done for various reasons even Liu Xueyi known to have a powerful line delivery was still dubbed in Princess's gambit ,don't know why.
