Also I'm guessing the green fruit bowl means the same thing as wearing a green hat in Chinese culture? I. e. "my girlfriend cheated on me" even though they weren't dating?
Random but does anyone know why they have something that looks like a mini fridge next to the fridge that has cups/mugs in it in their apartment? Does it chill the cups? I've seen them in Korea dramas, no idea how it works/what it does lol
As soon as he said he faked the illness I thought it was ridiculous. Then the whole misunderstandings/miscommunication thing that would unfold with his mother made me drop the drama lol. Issa mess! The first section was cute and enjoyable I guess, the rest was shambolic. It's a love o2o wannabe... I don't regret watching but I won't be finishing it :(
The pacing for this drama fluctuates a lot. After episodes 1-3 it was pretty good. Somewhere around the halfway mark some scenes felt incredibly long. Despite this I'm actaully enjoying it surprisingly (I'm on episode 18). I've decided that it's the 'journey' that matters and not necessarily the ending in the case of this drama.
The first 6 episodes where great, I'm currently on episode 13 and to be honest I'm finding hard to finish it lol. It's trying to be too many genres at once
The last 4 episodes weren't on Netflix for me for some odd reason. I almost stoped watching, so glad I finished it. I feel like a new person after watching this????
If you're looking for a sign as to whether or not to carry on, keep watching it gets so good!
At first it seems like a weak drama and then in the first few episodes THAT happens.... Completely unexpected imo.
Then you feel sorry for the characters, and honestly that in itself becomes a bit tiresome. Goes on for a few eps.
But it's all worth it! Episodes 9-12 so far have been so interesting! The background set in episodes 1-6 I feel is necessary, makes the drama more complex. Layered. The character development we've all be craving begins to blossom out of nowhere.
After watching episode 12, I really can't see how it can end badly.
Superficially this show is a just a massive nivea campaign/ad, where everyone's constantly drinking wine and expensive looking tiny glass bottles of water - oh and all while wearing mini skirts might I add????
But the way the characters develop, I can't help but keep watching. Melodrama-esque dramas aren't usually my thing - not sure why I'm here, but I'm glad I am :)
It was comical. They’re all gonna be buddies later anyway so it doesn’t really matter.
Lol I'm so salty, when I wrote this comment I'd just finished watching incomplete life. I think it was just a bit weird that it was so big, but you're right it's comedic.
Was it just me or did anyone find the tattoo scene annoying? Like the dude bought the restaurant and your boss wants you to work for him... Why are you acting like this? Just quit if it bothers you so much jeez. I don't know why I wasn't feeling episode 5. I feel like dropping the drama for some reasons.
Love this drama but episode 41 really annoyed me. It seems as if you can't escape racist stereotypes in Asian dramas, whether it be Chinese, Japanese or Korean dramas. What's more is that it wasn't even important to the storyline, and served no artistic purpose.
I don't think it has been released yet. When I want to find out a song from kdramas, I refer to this website:https://www.bah-doo.com/complete-live-korean-drama-music-list/https://www.bah-doo.com/live-korean-drama-live-recap-episode-10/It…
won't be finishing it :(
