So with the webtoon I read all of the translated versions but they stop translating it into English :( quite unfortunate since I really enjoy the webtoon much more than the drama - I am reading the Chinese translations now on the Webtoon app but they haven't updated enough for me to know if he still likes Jojo's cousin. They are focusing on the dating show stuff so the cousin and his storyline is kinda sidelined atm.

Basically he is alive, but he got plastic surgery! So he is super hot and stuff now. Jojo realizes that Brian Cheon is actually Duk Joo because she compares Brian Cheon to Duk Joo photo and was like wow actually yeah he must've gotten plastic surgery. Idk if it will be the same as in the webtoon, but considering they casted someone new, I think it will be the same.

(well at least he is trending on weibo hot search because of it x-x) I don't think they are giving out grades relative to the entirety of all the trainees, but relative to each trainee themselves (idk if that makes sense). But yeah.. well the grades are all gonna change a lot because of the position evaluation later anyways (like last yr) and then everyone should be in the right grade after the theme song evals.

Yeah, it is only the first ranking tho, so that's why previous fanbase matters. Usually for ywy, the performances later on really affect the rankings!
