Hey! I had the same problem so i tried downloading a lot of Vpn to change the country I’m living in T_T and i found one that worked! It‘s green and called „ProtonVPN“! You just have to download it and change the country to Korea. It may take you like 1-2min to connect at first but after that it’ll work just fine :-) it’s free^^
