Hm sadly i don’t think there was a way for all of them to survive because if I’m not mistaken the game creator said that everyone will die except from the wolf...But if we look back to Ep3 there were a lot of tools! And there was a moment where Arisu tried to take the game thingy off from his head but failed...We don’t know if he failed because it was impossible or if he couldn’t take it off because he needed another hand to help. A Heart Game doesn‘t necessarily mean that everyone is able to survive it’s just that the games are tricky and play with your heart

It’s not fake but if you’ll read the webtoon you’re going to see what exactly is going on and it’s not like She’ll end up with seojun :-) Let’s not spoil and wait for the drama to be finished! The Drama and Webtoon aren’t 100% the same there are a lot things that weren’t happening in the Webtoon, that means no one can tell you what will happen next ^_^
