Tbh I only skimmed through the 1st episode bc it looked boring, but by ep 02 i was drawn in! So cute and funny reminds me of Mr.Queen. Before the final moments in ep 24, I had to replay ep 01 to understand what went on in the present time lol

My friend and I are actually like this to each other. Exactly what wung said "best prepare for the worst". To some it's negativity, to us it's just safety so depends on the person receiving and giving. It was unwelcome to Yumi and was delivered in a demanding way than caring that's why the whole thing was off.

I agree she's superficial and quite annoying! But I like her. She feels more like a real person than your typical kdrama princess that everyone wants to be, she's just everyone of us instead.

Provided there is S2 to explain the whole point of it, then this show is really good imo in terms of suspense and creativity - ok except for that VIP show, every line was so corny those guys were better off hidden.

I dropped a few of my kdramas to binge cdramas. I have yet to wander into the historical realm since I'm a beginner I'm afraid it would get to heavy for me, but I have Untamed & Eternal Love lined up once I unlock that level. Your post is so helpful I hope you write more cdrama tips! ♡
