So I started watching this on Netflix and Yang yang's voice sounds so different.. Is it dubbed on Netflix? Is there original audio version somewhere else? Am I just delusional?

I just finished YAMG and liked Yang yang so I'm moving on to King's Avatar ♡ but is it just me or his voice sounds different??
