Yes first is when he felt guilty when he started to think she wasn't his enemy after all (which is true bc she's not even a Kim he's a Jang lol) and wanted to understand her pov. Now he's starting to like even her/his weirdness but he still has motives and still using queen for it so we need to wait for him to really like her before he ends it with concubine.

Episodes 14-19 will be crucial as we're used to having it wrapped up by then. As long as they don't lose the comedy I'll be ok even if they drag the storyline

Just popping by to say you guys were right. I finished SFH - complete 360 from this. It was intense. Makes me want to watch more of this guy now (along with Kim Seon Ho and Lee Do Hyun)

Exactly. So even if she hated him for these reasons (and not secretly trying to protect him or wtv greater cause) I think it's understandable and more realistic even.

He should but he hasn't fully realized he's fallen for the Queen yet. Even the hot kiss was only an excuse since he almost got caught searching for the ledger. His interactions with the queen are mostly for an ulterior motive, just end up being romantic and funny anyway

Yes they kinda were. Even as he was getting married (arranged) he promised to make her Royal concubine so they can be together. Remember that they both considered the queen an enemy at the beginning bc she's a Kim, so concubine may actually have that right to be upset

Same. Plus I think Ep 11-13 are always crucial as this is where the climax and/or revelations unfold so some lose their charm in the midst of, while some just get draggy

So while watching Run on (first I ever seen the ML so I asked if he's a good actor or just naturally awkward/cute irl) someone suggested to see this.. now I have my answer.

This is so creepy it's good. The only down side for me is that it could've been reduced in half. Characters' roles were revealed & known early on so it's not exactly mind boggling. I kept watching to know how he ends up so the mid episodes slowly got boring. On the other hand, when the ending finally came it hit hard. I was beyond satisfied with how he ended up (writing wise)

I dropped ROY, I think at Ep 10. Similar concept to Run on but failed to deliver - for me anyways. I'm pretty sure we've ran into each other in True Beauty section, have you dropped it?

Except this drama is reversed cliche, so she could really just hate him lol could be out of sympathy for her mom. They can reconcile later as part of their char development

Ah. I laughed bc I actually believed he cried from the movie haha! He seemed like the type and it's a funny way of turning it around when ppl are thinking he's crying bc she didn't show up. But if it is bc of the latter then ya I guess it's a bit over the top

True, netflix had a surge of kdramas made it so convenient (viki who?). I cast dramacool to tv too so i don't have the luxury of forwarding. Ya about the same, I only did it for jcw really but picked up TKEM then IOTNBO then SU, one on-going at a time. Now I'm watching 5 lol but I'll wait this & Lovestruck out to finish. Been a while since I stayed up til 3am for a kdrama thanks to Run on

I never fast forward i leave my remote once its on and that's how I unintentionally caught up to 7 eps lol. Maybe bc i'm naturally a binger. Never watched an on going drama for years until JCW post military plus covid happened

SL's are both really likeable but I don't think the ML's are comparable. Here, SH earned everything he claimed. It was him from the start, JG wasn't confused even for a sec

Agree. Could just be me but it gives a similar vibe to ROY but better executed. Could be the chemistry as I don't find the cast inferior to the other. That or the better dialogue

Hopefully.. After watching BG in Reply I couldn't watch his drama with Kyo. Even Looney in Prison PB I couldn't watch in HB Mama. Luckily all works of J.Jihyun that I've seen have similar personality. When I like a character a lot and the actor plays it really well I tend to fixate. It's my own fault.

I will pass on King Loves, not a fan of Yoona we've shared our sentiments on that. Guess I'll give SFH a go while waiting for Run On to finish so I can binge.
