I found it! It's episode 4, starts around 11:38 on kissasian (idk is it the same everywhere). After he has argument with that annoying comrade who works against him, he takes jacket and reads it and has pretty much "wtf, I cant believe this face" after flashback.
Edit: And omg, I just released that he always know that the guy worked against him! He actually was about to shoot at him in that moment... Wtf!??? This drama has so many insinuation!! We probably missed a lot of it...

I will go watch too. I hope that I didnt make it up.... Will let you know when I find the part....
Also, 1 more proof that he knew was in 6th episode. He went with dorm director (or w.e. she is) in her office and went through papers of all students to decide who to send out. He took her's and looked it and wasnt suprised at all. I am pretty sure that there must be informations about her father too bc those are like "official paper".

1 which I remember is when she gave him her brother's clothes. There was his name written, Sohoo read it and had "realisation face".

Yes! Kang Moo's character seems like the type which dies in the very tragic way. I think that he will realise all his and ANSP's wrongs, probably even w.e. he did to Hanna, start to help in some way and than die. Probably while saving someone.

Sooho already knew that she is daughter of him.

Though, I have no idea even how they will get out of the dorm....

Maybe she escaped NK and Sooho helped her in some way???
It seems that they know each other pretty good.

I think that he was sad bc she was ready to risk her own life for everyone else.
Also, I am pretty sure that he knew for few episodes that she is daughter of AMSP director. He just didnt show or tell anyone it. He kept her secret. It was mentioned in some episode.

And I think that people see things too white and black... Like yes, he is spy! But according to him and his father, they are in some kind of trouble/blackmailed and their whole family will be killed if Sohoo doesnt success in the mission.
So, like, can we even blame him from listening orders in this case?
Also, there is a lot of obvious signs that he isnt some crazy maniac who just wants to kill as much as possible people and serve country that way.

Yes... It's Jisoo's first drama! And few actors are quite popular and known too. I thought that it would be talked about everywhere and break all records.

I LOVE scenography, as I said already, it gives some cozy, melancholic feeling. There is a lot of beautiful scenes imo in this aspect and plot makes me very curious. But acting is so-so imho. I am quite disappointed with Hae In actually. Personally, for now, he didnt stand out at all. He was amazing in Something in the rain, but it seems like this role in Snowdrop isnt his best one. I dont really "feel" anything about his character. Maybe he is supposed to be that way??? But I still think that it could be presented better.

I am interested what did you find as a writing issues and illogical plot holes. Can we even talk about it at the start of drama? Personally, I found all those walking on that narrow window thing and jumping from/coming in room though window a little too much..... Can an ordinary student even climb it irl? Than with injured arm he saved her..... But Ig that I can turn blind on this bc those stupid moments happen often in dramas and movies.

Yes... I completelly forget sometimes how pirating can be problem in a lot of countries bc it's like normal here..... Everyone watch staff illegally.

Scenography is probably among the best I saw in Kdramas. Absolutely beautiful and gives some melancholic?? feeling to the everything.
Plot seems as quite complex, I just hope that they wont mess it up over a time.

I think that something will happen and ML and FL will work together to stop killing of the girls.
It seems that it will start already in the next episode or 6th. In the preview, those politicians who worked together with NK ordered that AMSP (or w.e. is the name of that police) should kill everyone if necessary.

Aren't their parents actually working together?
I dont think that his father talked about those 2 (FL' father and other guy). Why would he care about South Koreans being after him? Aren't they all ( like all SK dont like NK and the other way around)?
I think that there is someone in NK after his father and he needs money bc of it (he is asking more and more every time they meet). This money, he gets from her father, for helping them with elections.

About controversy, I am even more confused after watching episodes.... I am even wandering did people watch episodes or they are just writing w.e. to hate.
The police and politicians ARENT presented good AT ALL. They are presented as crazy, corrupted, they are having deals and agreements with North Korea and it is said NUMEROUS times that they are making up stories about protesters and opposition parties being with NK to get ride of them.
Like everything they are claiming that drama did wrong and as propaganda actually didnt happen in the drama...
Edit: The only thing that can be seen as bad is bringing in North Korean. But still I think that people jumped to conclusions too fast. As much as I understood, he is working for president and high people, he doesnt have anything with protests and students (like the sources claim).
I didnt see it at all as someone trying to show that protests were held by NK or something.
And as I said in the first comment, I am sure that there will be a lot of twists. Even the new synopsis says that the mains will work together to save her friends.

I finally watched it! I find drama very interesting! I love the scenography and the way it's filmed. It gives everything some kind of special feel. There is a lot of interesting characters too and I am sure that there will be bunch of twists and turns. It will be for sure interesting watch!

Honestly, I dont see some HUGE chemistry as people are writing in comments. It's not bad too and it's just a start. Like it doesnt bother me at all. It is quite "normal", neither bad or great.

I read, what I could find on English, about Park Chung-hee and this period of Korean history. From what I found, it seems that this period isnt as known as all those threads are showing...
For example: North Koreans tried to kill him few times. KCIA's director and few other big names in KCIA actually assassinated him and noone knows a lot about it. There are just a lot of speculations and theories. Even about KCIA, especially Kim Jae-gyu, director who killed president, there are a lot of controversies and unknown things. It seems that he even helped protesters sometimes.
It seems that the whole period and thing related to it are pretty much mistery and very controversial.
