So those who have finished the novel: who does wan mei end up with in the novel? (The answer will decide if i…
Unsure if you can read the untranslated version, but the translated version is only up to chapter 8. It is ...err, very disturbingly graphic that I could not go beyond the first chapter. It does not seem to be any kind of romance story from the bits that I read, but I could be absolutely wrong.
I really love how well Li Yi Tong is portraying her character. Not over the top or cutesy. Thankful that they're not using a high-pitched whiny voice for her in this drama too.
There are so many great dramas that get ruined by poor choices in voices.
Forgive me for asking, but is there rape in this drama...and if so, is there retribution for it? Was not prepared for it in the first chapter of the novel and had to stop reading.
Dare I say this is better than TMOPB? I liked TMOPB but don’t ever really remember having my mind blown at Many…
It has elements that I loved in Ten Miles (Yang Mi, beautiful costumes, excellent OST, and the flow..), as well as the action/strong female lead that I enjoyed in Princess Agents (up til that crappy open ending). So, totally agree, I love this drama as well.
We get it. You don't like her character. But it's how the script writer wrote her. That's only way for you to…
Still enjoying the drama, but maybe that's because I haven't gone through the whole novel and don't have a basis for comparison. It's definitely the chemistry between the leads has me hooked as well.
There's such an emphasis on all the hardships and trials Fuyao goes through and that's fine, but definitely would have preferred to see her work her way out of them on her own...but I guess we wouldn't have had that much couple screen time.
^_^ <= this emoji totally reminds me of Ethan Ruan/Wuji now.
That King of Tiansha Zhan Nancheng is so dumb! I'm so glad Fuyao and Wuji's plan in tricking him is working effortlessly!…
I know it's fiction, but as I sit here watching epi 49, I'm shaking my head wondering who could ever mistake Yang Mi as a man. Praying for a happy, complete ending and not some nonsense open ending like Princess Agents and Legend of Yunxi.
Finished raws up to 22 and regret not waiting til it was completely over and fully subbed. Goodbye sleep.

Going to miss it after next week.
The interaction and feeling of the cast is just amazing. Here's a silly vid I keep watching of them - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hK6QMLgOGT0
