I should be one of the very few or maybe only one here but i dont feel much for this whole Jing murder saga and XY breaking down. I understand she is insecure and traumatised and needs someone to be with her for life. However i cant connect with XY more and more. She used to be so cool supporting CX to his throne, shooting poison arrows and almost assassinating their uncle. Now she just wants to get married. Sigh.. I was expecting some epic scene from the fight between Hou and Jing but it was really lacklustre. It went downhill for me after that. I do respect YZ and ZWYs great acting. I actually started to sympathise CX. 😱

Yes, out of character behaviour, abrupt cuts, added fan service ( ok maybe this is good), 3rd wheels, alcohol addiction, missing kiss scenes.. maybe they threw dice and decided, ok for this scene, let see who gets to appear.

RM s character in TLP was a brat. Similar to ah nian in s1. I didnt like the FL in there.
