Now, I don't think of him as a stupid geezer, but I'm just wondering the depth of his knowledge about everything. He's like this omniscient being, watching everything unfold.

that's really how daily dramas work. usually the revenge starts at around episode 30 so from the beginning up to that point, you'll see the MC suffer. but it depends on the story and the characters. but sabotaging, stealing something, putting bugs in office, slaps, hair yanking, shouting, are very common!

I agree that the story is getting stagnant. Yes! Hwayoung can actually do a lot. Kidnap Suk Hee or threaten Tae Sook's business. Right now, she has the upper hand among them all. She better use it right for the story to move significantly forward.

well, tides just turn in favor of hwayoung now that she has something to blackmail yeom san wol for. i dunno how jun ho's relationship with his mom will turn out in the future. i feel like he's really fragile and will crack sooner, if hwayoung continues to smooth talk him. add the factor that baek ho likes 'seo rin'. he seems to be very determined to get this version of seo rin.

i just can't with baek ho and jang mi's office romance. baek ho should learn to use seo rin's name whenever they're in the office or on the phone. it's so annoying! sooner or later, you'll slip and hwayoung will discover that. and that's a very anticlimactic reveal.

i'm so tired of hwayoung always testing if seo rin is actually jang mi and it's because of jang mi's recklessness!
