Can someone help me understand why the rating is too low? I’ve watched a few episodes and it’s pretty good. Though I have to admit, they could have chosen a different FL.

Is it just me? I feel like the music is louder than the dialogues I hardly hear the actors’ voices. But I think, the rating going down is kinda too much. Yes, this drama is not perfect but the actors are all talented and beautiful. And the setting and costumes are unique.

Fight scenes are really impressive! My eyes were popped open and my jaw dropped lol. 👏👏

I did. I’ve watched him a few, with Dilraba and Nana. The age gap is just so wide for me to fathom. His chemistry with these actresses were good too but his chemistry with Xuan is not bad either. Just saying. We have different opinions and I respect that. No need to argue.

Don’t you just love it everytime Sang Yan say “Wen Shuang Jiang” and even the “Eh”? There’s something to it that makes it so romantic! Or maybe it’s just me imagining things haha!

I so love Bai Jingting since I first saw him in The Rise of the Phoenixes. He didn’t have dialogues there but he sure is a natural.

I’m wondering why the rating is low. I think ML and FL are just right for each other. Their chemistry and acting are quite good as well.

Why is Song Mo always whispering? Why can’t he talk normally. It’s distructing.

No offense but it’s clear that you did not actually watched the first 3 episodes. The baby is the son of Xu Chonghua, Huo Zhanbai’s (male lead) sworn brother. In the next 5 minutes of the 1st episode, Chonghua and Zhanbai were fighting then Zhanbai claimed to everyone that he killed him. In the next 28 minutes of episode 3, Qui Shuiyin (Chonghua’s wife) was explaining to Xue Ziye (female lead), the relationship of the baby with Zhanbai. I suggest you watch it again to understand.

This drama is so under rated. It’s actually good, light hearted drama. In my opinion, it’s even better than other dramas in Top 100 dramas in MDL. With all due respect, I think that some people who gave their negative or “low” comments here, rushed into giving their opinions without even watching the episodes clearly. I suggest that you give it a try.

For me, the original couple ML and FL are best! Aside from being both smart and talented, they look good with each other.

This is a great watch that’s why I was wondering why it was underrated.

That boat scene in ep 19 of the ML and FL just lying down, cuddling and talking is just so romantic.

If not for Xu Kai and Liu Xue Yi, I would have stopped watching this. The character of the FL is an over confident arrogant spoiled brat princess in the first few episodes which made me almost gave up.
