I think the problem with this drama is the writers and the director. That's just my speculation though.

Really? Hmmm, I watch Viki off and on. I get sick of their commercials, and I'm not going to pay for premium. Understand the purpose of commercials, but I'm not going to watch 45min of commercials for a 60min show. Sorry, but I don't have time to do that with my life.

Ending of the episode 2 was just too funny. Wow!!

I don't think I've seen any of her other dramas. At first I thought she was doing good, but she never has much of a facial expression now. It's driving me nuts. I'm not loving her, but I'm not hating her either. I feel like they could have gotten someone better.

I love their parody. I always laugh myself to tears watching their parody. The also did parodies for Secret Garden, Boys Before Flowers, and I think the other one was Virus or something like that. I wish they would put some more out.

I'm almost done with this drama. It's not my favorite, but I understand why it is a classic. It was pretty influential for it's time. I think it's would be good for someone who is thinking about watching Korean/ Asian dramas. I feel like this drama set quite a few trends that are still followed by drama makers. This is one of the oldest dramas I've watched.

I made it to episode 8 and I just couldn't watch anymore. I just couldn't keep watching it. The storyline was too painful for me. The majority of the dramas I watch are lighthearted or revenge dramas. The acting is good. I just don't have the willpower to finish something that is this depressing. If you are considering watching this drama, I would say try it. It's not bad acting. I think this might have done better as a movie for me anyway.

I've felt like it was going to end several times in previous episodes. I find the writing style awkward sometimes, but I kind of think that could be due to a cultural gap.

I agree with you. I think it's interesting that she didn't like Manager or Roman Lee at first but is on good terms with them now (maybe?) This is also like the birds since Manager got her to realize they aren't that bad. I agree a phobia of birds (or ornithophobia) is a rather odd choice of phobia to choose. In some cultures birds are viewed as bad omens, so it does kind of make sense.

I think there a quite a few similarities between Doctor's Son and Cha Jae Wan. I hope this doesn't end like Cruel City.

Does anyone else thing that Baek Mi Nyeo is Jea Won's mom? I know she's Roman Lee's mom. I'm a little confused how everything is going to come together.
