Let’s stop calling it “school violence” when it’s actually “attempted murder”. Thinking about some of the Korean celebrities and public figures that I recall having bullying scandals and only ended up losing their jobs terrifies me.
Please don’t take this as a hate comment because it’s absolutely NOT. This is one of the few dramas that actually made me cry this year along with Red Sleeve Cuff and Snowdrop, but…not every drama needs a season 2. This had shockingly amazing closure for ALL the characters despite how many there were. Maybe a special episode if you want to see the crown prince and crown princess’s baby, but I for sure do not want to see our queen, crown prince, and crown princess go through all the stress that would happen in a season 2 lol
Not as good as the previous remake, dragging, boring. 2 women clinging on to men who doesn’t love them . Gul…
I try not to comment on comment on actors' appearances even if they had work done, but yeah, the stiffness in Kwan's face was REALLY hard to get past. And those nails--omg don't get me started. I thought Gul's expressions leaned more towards comical than menacing
Everything about this version makes me ill, especially this version of Chaya and Wat's crappy manipulative mom who screams like a banshee. Whenever Wat talked to Som or whenever Nus talked to Chaya, it felt like 4 different conversations were going on, but it was the same 4 conversations every time, do you know what I mean? Example: Chaya: If Wat was gone, you'd love me again! Nus: I never loved you, you're my uncle and my parents never showed me attention.
Som: Nus is a bad woman sleeping with her uncle who stole you from me! Wat: We were never together, I never loved you more than a friend.
I only endured to the end because I loved the Kimmy/James version
Honestly I wasn’t a fan of hers until Sisphyus. She needs more action roles, less deer-in-the-headlights damsel-in-distress roles. Although now that she’s a mom (CONGRATS!!), she’s probably not going to take too many of those to avoid injuries…Also for people asking about her comeback—she had her baby 4 months ago. You don’t know what her body or mind is going through postpartum so please be patient
Sometimes I like when the female lead is annoying af because it makes room for stellar character development, but I’m been trying to just get through ep 5 for 4 weeks now because I’m just so put off by her. And I hate it when they portray female cops as reckless, impulsive, and headstrong like this
I tried so hard not to drop it because I love love love when the female lead is a total badass as opposed to an easily flustered damsel in distress...but the plot got too messy for me around episode 12. I might come back to it one day. Maybe.

(Also, I'm exaggerating, I know they're not all under 28)
