There’s a bigggg difference Cuba in encounter Paris in NWBU
They're both foreign countries the leads met in. And obviously the small details are different but the overall summary is the same. Older woman with past baggage meets a younger man. They get involved. Their families don't like it. They break up. They get back together. Pretty much the same story.
Anyone else think this is basically just a remake of "Encounter"? Lol same basic premise and even the actors who played the moms and the the ML's best friend are the same
I'm just pissed they spent months refusing to acknowledge any other possible suspect with much more motive, and then in the last 15 minutes, after everything was already over and done with, they just so easily accepted that the other guy was the killer???

I agree about the ending. I have so many unanswered questions. Like if Sae Bom's antibodies eventually became less effective, does that mean the other guy just magically cured the entire nation? How did they find other people with the antibodies? Wtf happened to the lawyer and the mistress? And why did the cleaning couple just randomly become awful??? I also think they could have done so much more with Han Tae Seok
If we're being honest, the thing that posed a bigger threat to the people in this building is being an absolute idiot. Why did everyone do the exact thing they were told NOT to do????? Stop opening the doors to outsiders, stop roaming around the building, stop giving infected people water, stop taking the fucking pills, and most importantly: Sae Bom and Yi Hyun, stop trying to save these ungrateful morons...

I wasn't expecting to enjoy this as much as I did. Interesting plot, great actors (pun very much intended because I LOVE Great Warintorn so much...), tons of cringey moments but that's to be expected. I hate that Da and Aek got their little happy ending when all this chaos started because of them in the first place. They were both awful people the entire time but it was all forgiven in the end because "They love each other". Yeah, ok, sure babe...
