Season 1 wasn't that good to begin with. Could it be worse? Definitely.
My dear, this list doesn't even have half of the dramas I've watched so you def don't know if I'm qualified to judge it or not. And this site is only about asian dramas, do you have any idea of all the other things I've watched that aren't from asia?
The script was full of flaws and no senses, the motivations of the characters wasn't convincing. The reaction when they were being chased by a monster didn't make sense at all, it was tooo slow and the romance development had any development at all. He saw her at the moonlight and fall in love? This just seems like a copy of Mr. Sunshine. And what about the ending? So a worm or whatever that thing is is capable to realize that So Hee was the daughter of it's host and decided to change of host?
The theme was really interesting, the art direction is beautiful and the CGI is good too. But the script was awful and and acting performance wasn't that good. The direction also has its problems... Sooooo I stand to what I said: first season was disappointing.
Now, you put "IN DIVERSITY THERE IS BEAUTY AND THERE IS STRENGTH" in your profile but you got to another profile just to find an excuse to criticize and invalidate the opnion of somebody that thins different than you?

I'm surprised they will really release the season 2. Season 1 was so disappointing that it could end there... Even with Park Seo Joon and Han So Hee I doubt it will have any impact
Hi, glad you asked!I wish kdramas were more serious and would treat the audience seriously. Instead every kdrama,…
But this is not a problem in k-drama, is a problem on the genre os kdramas you are watching. Even 20 years ago there was a lot of silly rom-coms and now there are many serious dramas, its more a question to chose better the dramas you are going to watch.
I love more complex dramas and films (The drama My Misters and the film The Handmaiden are in my top 5 of live), but right now I'm very streesed and I just want to watch something that is very light, previsible and entertaining. So, those dramas are rom-com, everybody knows what is going to happen and they are watching it bc they want to see those things to happen.
If you are looking for more complex thing, you should focus in other genres. Did you watched Pachinko? It is a good exemple of an airing drama with complex, imperfects and realistic characters.
From the trailers, I was so afraid that Min-Ah's role would be crazy, annoying and detestable, but that's not the case! I'm loving "No Gain, No Love" <3 All the actors are perfect and until now (second ep.) everything in the script fits perfectly. Sooo glad that after so many months there's a rom-com that I love <3
Wow, great cast. What does "exclusively on tvN" mean? When is a TV drama not exclusive to the broadcast channel?
It can also be available in streaming services. If it's going to "air in October exclusively on tvN" it means that it won't be available in other streaming services (at least in Korea)
Mothers hiting their children is a korean cultural thing???? From where did you take this information?? Love ans…
Not at all my dear. I'm from a poor family in Brazil and my mother hited me and my sister many times when we where small bc that is the way she was created and it was an acceptable behavior. But even my mother had the capability to realize that this was wrong and she already apologized to me and my sister for it.
I learned english the same way I learned french and spanish: by myself bc I love learn new languages. Get spanked by mother when I was young hand't done anything good for me or helped me be a better person in anyway.
This is a comment section, everyone can comment whatever they fell like. There is any rule that say you can only…
Noooo... Not all kdramas are this way. If you really had watch many kdramas, including olders kdramas, you will know that there are many different types os ML including in rom-coms. In My Lovely Sam Soon, Gong and Master's Sun the ML had another lover before meeting the FL.
another thing to the people who keep saying pure ML bla bla ...saw a lot of people arguing about it ..honestly…
This is a comment section, everyone can comment whatever they fell like. There is any rule that say you can only comment positive things? If you don't like the comments criticizing the dramas, just skip them. I prefer honest comments (good or bad) bc they are the ones that really helps me figure out if I should or I shouldn't watch a drama. For me the worst is people that give 10 after the first episode when we dont even know a lot about the story just bc the like the actors....
If a had know that it would have so much violence in the first episode, I would have skipped it. And I want people to keep comment so I can know if it gets better or no
to all the people who are complaining about her mother behavior well I agree it's annoying but please understand…
Mothers hiting their children is a korean cultural thing???? From where did you take this information?? Love ans respect is something, hit your children in the middle of the streets is another complet different thing. And what is worst is that those scene where supposed to be funny... Everyone has the right to be offended by it, violence isn't funny
It is not about beating parse but the culture of the people. In some cultures, irrespective of how old you are,…
From your post I can assume you are not Korean, right? So, how can you be sure that what you saw in dramas is a real representation of asian or korean culture?
I've seen a lot o asian people complaing how those "tiger parents" doesn't represent the reality. Many asian parents are caring and no violent. Base you knowledgment about another culture only in what you see in dramas can make you have a very wrong impression of that culture.
I'm latin and in social media there are many videos about "latin mothers and their slippers". When I was young it was very common mothers hit their children with slippers, but nowdays it's not something accepted for many people.
So, unless you have an research backing up what you said about Korean Culture and confirming that this kind of violence is wells see today, I keep my opnion that it was an unecessary violence and that this isn't alligned with 2024 values
