I agree.. I have seen some quit nice jdramas as Glass Hearted, Alice in Borderland and Marry My Husbd. But I find it hard to find really good and interesting jdramas, most of them fell some steps behind cdramas, kdramas and other Asians dramas in general

Yes, that's why I said that it's "recommended" to do a maximum of 40 episodes instead of its "obligatory". As I know, longer dramas can be approved but it's going to be harder

Love the show, but Tae Phoon's mom is really annoying me! She is an adult, she should be help him! But she is just lost put all the responsibility on him... He shouldn't been baring all the responsibility to find a solution alone

Chine dramas finish in less than one month, they normally release 2 episodes per day. Also, c-dramas episodes are 40min long while k-dramas are 60min or more. So in the end, that doesn't make much difference watch two cdrama episodes or one kdrama episode in a day - in question of time. And bc cdrama are release daily, the story progression is faster bc we don't have to wait one week for the next episode.

And most cdramas just have one season and the Chinese government recommend that dramas have at maximum 40 episodes (more episodes can be hard to be approved). So.... its actually more easier to finish a o going cdrama than an ongoing kdrama

I think is a question of taste. I was counting the days for Fated Hearts (I even read the novel) and started as soon it was released but just dropped it after a couple episodes. I only started to watch this BC I didn't liked Fated Hearts and wanted something to watch. Now I'm loving this!
The plot isn't that refined but the main couple and second couple are carrying the drama, and the villain is also kind of charismatic

I wish we could see more moments of their relationship before the drama begins

I was think exactly this some episodes ago. But for me FL remembers looks more like Lusi

In the beginning of the episode I was so frustrated with him.... But when he fought back.. that was incredible

He had a life of pain and hate, there are fell people that loves and fell good memories he treasures. It makes sense that when he was fighting an evil force that wanted to make him those violence and revenge is the person that he loves the one that can make him fight those evil thought

EP 19 was soooo good!! I really love Ming Yi, she is very strong character

But the trailer is misleading. Many scenes used in the trailer happened in a complete different context in the drama

I think he is just going to accept everything. Like, he already forgave her so easily after find out she was lying to him.
He only cares if she loves him too, if yes he's going to accept everything that she does

I really don't understand people. Some people have giving low score to episodes that hasn't even been released yet. Why losing time doing this?

Ming Yi doesn't have any complicity with Situ Liu, he is the one always trying to get close to her while she try to get away from him.

And Ming Yi would definitely risk her life to save Ji Bo Zai as she already did in the fake marriage. She could have left with her friend but she decided to save him.

EP 13 was annoying but isn't awful and cruel as you are trying to portrait her. Maybe she is a bit more naive for having growing up protect as Ji Bo Zai pointed ou in EP 15, but she is willing to listen, learn and be better.

I think that the heart broken may be the death of somebody they like... That's my bet

So happy to see the MDL note getting higher! It has a been a long time that I liked a cdrama so much

She didn't told Situ Liu the truth. Everytime he asked, she denied it . She has one friend that is the other girls that worked with her, she isn't friend with 2ML and she doesn't trust him. And she is dying... It's kind of a very heavy thing

I think is more a writing and direction problem... Maybe a little bit o acting too? Ji Bo Zai is more serious, we can see his dilemmas and pain. And he is ways or more dramatic/hard/tragic scenes. Ming Yi is more goofy, she is ways joking and acting cute. I think it make us (viewers) sometimes forget how hard her situation is. Even when she was in prison, we didn't really get to see her suffering or reflecting about the pain she caused Ji Bo Zai or even questioning herself If it's the right way. I think that this is what is making people don't like her that much.
She looks a little bit more flat than Ji Bo Zai even though she is a very complex character. In the fake marriage she really shinned fighting and saving Ji.Bo Zai. But in EP 13 and 14 she was basically in stand by... Hope in next episodes she has more action BC i really like her
