hey there! i could be wrong because i'm also not super up to date with skynani but as far as I'm aware there are no updates on this yet because all the focus has been on wu. i wouldn't be surprised if they hint at when we might get arrest and action, you know, to keep us excited about their future work. that being said, i WOULD be surprised if it is released in 2026, mostly because wu has been released so late into this year and there is so much else that gmm is working on for this period
as far as i understand, it's because all the actors are high profile and really busy with their individual projects and schedules + most of the filming in on-location which means travel + it's a longer series which means more has to be filmed than for a normal show.

Personally, I think that no matter who GMMTV decide to cast (if they do decide to recast) they're likely to leave this drama to 2027 and "reannounce" it with the new cast in the GMMTV 2027 lineup. (Whether or not they re-film the pilot trailer is a different question but y'know)
With that being said, I really do hope SurfJava get it and are able to head a drama themselves next year. By having it in 2027 means that GMM can see how they (and any other potential couples) perform, and that way it wouldn't interfere with the plans for Roommate Chaos.
As for the three pairings from Replay... PondPhuwin have Peach and Me this year and TayNew still have A Dog and A Plane to come out, so they are unlikely to get it. JossGawin... maybe? But Only Friends: Dream On has only just started airing and I honestly don't think they fit the roles. I believe all three of those pairings won't have new dramas until 2027.
