I love the dark, gritty yet pure? atmosphere this show is giving me. Both characters are flawed and that makes them more intriguing to watch.

yeah like, there's already a plethora of mature BL and yet when Japan releases a non-toxic and just pure fluff show, they get mad? I prefer both mature and fluff stories, but I like fluff more just because i already have a miserable life, so i just watch fluff shows to make me happy even though i know it might not be realistic but not all BL should be realistic <3 have a great day.

idk why are u taking this show so seriously. IT'S A SILLY ROM COM about teenagers encountering their first love, so what did you expect? a serious, toned down and mature story?

I've red the premise and the plot is so interesting like I wished it would be 12 episodes long and 30 mins or 1hr runtime.

I stopped at ep. 4 but is Elle still unlikable?

Welp, I really wanted this to be like School 2013. But reading some of the comments and seeing clips it seems like the plot is leaning towards more on the romantic aspect, and the reused friends to. enemies and both of them fall for the female lead like I'm so done with that trope. School 2013, was just so good and maybe the best School installment. I'm just going to hold off on this one as of now, I will still watch it for my fave korean BL actor, Kim Kang Min. ❤️

and also i like watching wholesome and healthy BL because as a gay person i already experience alot of pain living as a gay person so i want to watch BL with wholesome content to just lift my mood and make me smile even though its unrealistic it helps sad queer kids like me to just be more confident and to hope for a better life. thats my own opinion on it. <3

kieta hatsukoi and cherry magic are nowhere near garbage. as a gay person, i also watch wholesome bl dramas like kieta and cherry because sometimes im tired of dark, sad or tragic BL. Kieta Hatsukoi, Cherry Magic, Utsukushii Kare has tremendously helped Japanese BL in their own way.

Imma just say this, not every BL is going to be fluffy and filled with rainbows. I enjoy both Kieta Hatsukoi and Utsukushii Kare, Hatsukoi is a serotonin booster while Kare is more deep and darker? which I really like as well.
