I believe he will wake up as sooho was a much more fleshed out character in the show compared to the webtoon and is a fan favourite but there is no confirmation for anything and we don't know

not rlly, most webtoon fans who aren’t both are only anime watchers, when the weak hero drama was released most people i knew who had read it didn’t even know it existed, i think it should just be an anime

This reminds me a lot of the I want to eat your pancreas anime adaptation, it seems like a lot was cut from the source material and it ended up being working against it with the characters being less developed and certain things too fast, this movie was still amazing though despite that
