Thank you both so much for answering my confusion. See that makes so much sense, I would’ve love to see this ending in the series. I understand that obviously the commander Yai plot was too much to include, so that’s why they didn’t delve into it. But it would’ve been great to see a more detailed present reunion of Yai and Jom.

Where can I read the novel? I saw that there’s an English translation in Amazon, does that include everything? from start to finish? or is there a second book apart from that one?

How was Khun Yai in 2023? Like is he a ghost?🤣 I kinda guessed from spoilers I saw before I watched the series that they would end together in 2023. But it just didn’t make sense to me that he just randomly appears in the house, and that there’s no explanation to how he is there. And also, we never really understand how and why Jom travels back in time. And the Indian version of Khun-Yai? Was there something important with that?

So I waited for this series to be fully aired so I could binge watch it peacefully, because I knew that it’s a series that you have to pay attention fully to be able to understand. And although the series was confusing throught, it was manageable, and it made it really interesting and intriguing. But the ending left me more confused than when I started watching it. I think that’s what makes it a 8.5 or 9 for me, and not the 10 I was hoping to give this. Because the acting was the best I’ve seen in a bl for a while (even compared to general non bl dramas), likewise with the production and the story. I felt like I was watching a whole movie in each episode. Like every little detail was so well done. And the romance, wow. A truly wonderful love-story. Even the OST was good. But that ending left me so confused. I was left with so so many questions. Maybe one more episode or even just 10-15 min more in the last episode would’ve been great to tie everything up.

I was waiting anxiously for this drop, and I loved the first episode. I like that it’s taking place in an office setting, I am getting tired of the school settings in thai dramas. Excited to keep watching!

So after seeing this episode, I’m honestly liking more the novel than the series :(

It’s more about how it’s being scripted, because I love the cast, the acting is top notch for me, and it’s good and entertaining. But I feel the novel focuses more on Charlie and Babe and their relationship, while the series is focusing more on the race team and the side characters. I get that we need the background to understand everything, but the main characters are Charlie and Babe. At this point they’re treating Charlie as a side character.

I know it’s only the fourth chapter and in most series the ML haven’t even gotten together yet. But since this particular ML got together in the very first episode, I just feel that by now there’s supposed to be an understanding of the relationship as a viewer. And more scenes as a “couple” so you actually get to understand them. Because right now if you don’t read the novel, you might not get why they’re so invested in each other at this point of the plot just by watching the series. Just my thoughts.

But the preview gave me hope that next week is going to showcase more Babe and Charlie, so I’m hopeful that they’re going to fix this. Because Charlie and Babe in the novel are the cutest, I would love to see it portrayed in the series as well.

In the novel there’s two different accidents

Every chapter is better than the last one, I’m so invested in this series. If this happens to have a sad ending I’ll have emotional damage lol🥺

I like Meen and Ping, and this started out so great, I was actually impressed with the upgrade from Ai Long Nhai. But after chapter 4, I don’t know what happened honestly. It took a turn for the worse and it never recovered. I actually feel bad for the actors, especially Meen because he has talent, but they keep getting these badly produced series.

Honestly before starting this I was hesitant to watch, because I’m used to watching gmmtv bl’s. And the trailer didn’t captivate me so much. But it has surprised me, this show has been good so far. It’s not the best, but it has kept me interested enough to be looking forward for the episodes drop every week.

Love May, she has had the best character development. Hopefully we’ll get MayxPheem, I like their chemistry in the show.

You can find a couple english translations on wattpad but they aren’t completed, and they have a lot of bad translations. You can also read the original thai version on readawrite, but you have to upload an ID photo since it’s rated 19+.

Loved the first two episodes. Fun lighthearted series. Already feel the chemistry. It’s always a pleasure to have offgun on screen, they nail each character. Also loving Neo’s character, its great to see him have this role after Boston.

I’m reading the second book (still in chapter 1) and until now the only ones that have a little bit of chemistry is Jeff and Alan. But nothing has happened. Sonic and North just play friends role until now, so there’s nothing to know about them yet. And Winner and Kim they’re made up in the series, or maybe play a small role in the first chapters of the 1st book, but I think with different names.

This was great! I felt like I was watching a mexican telenovela. Great acting, and great production. The ML is such a green flag. And I loved that everything was tied up at the end, you don’t end up with questions.

They do need more screen time honestly to be able to really understand his character and motives. But it’s only the 3rd episode, so hopefully in the upcoming chapters they get more couple time and present the love Charlie has for Babe like in the novel.

So in the novel Way is an enigma sent by Babe’s adoptive father (also Way’s adoptive father) to impregnate him to and have powerful babies. Way has manipulative powers and he uses them on Babe. But he actually does not want to have Babe if it’s manipulated completely, so that’s why he has spent so much time waiting in a one sided love. Way does love Babe in his own way, but he kinda forces his feelings on him. And one night after Babe says that he does not see him as anything more than a friend, Way hypnotizes him and tries to force himself on him. Charlie saves Babe. In the novel you can see that even though Charlie also lies (and it’s wrong), he does it to save Babe from his adoptive father and so that Babe can live life like he wants to without worrying about his father. Whereas Way wants to change Babe to live the way that he wants to, and have children with him (something that Babe has been very clear he never wants).

But I do think there’s going to be major changes in Ways character because in the novel there’s no WayPete. I think in the series he might not be so villain. But that’s just my theory.

Until now this is a masterpiece. The way I was screaming today in the hands scene and the last scene. You can feel the tension, the chemistry, it’s wholesome really. Great acting, Sea and Jimmy are shining here.

This series deserves more hype. It is giving everything. If you haven’t started watching yet, don’t read more reviews and just start watching it. You will not regret it!!!
