Yes that makes sence. Sometimes i dont understand since covers can make the song of the original artist more popular. Since then i started to listen to Joker Xues songs too. :)

Season one is also so beautyful. I am only at ep 10 of season 2. But season 1 has a special place in my heart. I can only recommend to watch the season too. I fell in love with everyone on there. :)

Yeah i wanted li ze feng to shine here. He improved a lot. The elimination after the first group performance was so sad to watch. They did really great and if i remember correctly they won? Still not getting the elimination process ....

x-fire graduation mechanism = in Season 1 the 2 highest ranked contestants won the chance to compete in "call me by fire season 2" they could take one teammate each with them. The four: Nathan Lee, Jordan Chan, Julian Cheung and Leon Zhang. From season 2 to season 3 Shin evolved. But no contestant from season 3 evolved to season 4.

Yeah you are right but this kind of situations are relrely shown. When i think of shine super brothers its night and day. the commentary and editing in shine super brothers really disturbed my viewing expierience. :( the writing/ editing there was to make fun of the contestants and not to show there abilities.

Yes they did, but 100 ways was not shown in the international youtube version. Only watched it on mangoTV. Sometimes the firepoint voting process confuses me.

Yes i need more jing long power vocals, more screen time and more lines. Its just sooooo beautyful :) really cant wait for the next episode. The stages are so well made, the production is good, i hope there will be more seasons. I think call me by fire are underrated gems here on mdl. oO i dont know how many viewers it has in china. But the show is so wholesome, no evil editing, no forced drama, everybody commited to giving a good show. U can literally see how much love the crew, writers, production team, coaches, stage building team has. :)

Felt the same. I felt the stage dances and acting where disconnected. I could not really get into it. How should i discribe it, it felt more costume drama then bringing the song to life like Zhou shens 借过一下 "Borrow" by Azora Chins team. Although i am really looking forward to Fu long feis and Xu Hai Qiaos future stages. Since is started watchinf for the old "Shine super brothers" crew Fu long fei, Hu xia, Li ze feng and fu xin bo. :)

Mee toooo :) still not over season 3 though. Is it just me or is the 无数 - Wúshù (Joker Xue) performance by Cai Guoqing/Chen Chusheng/Zhang Yuan/Yu Haoming not on spotify? i think on youtube is also no stage video for this song. Just cant find it anywhere. oO

i also dont get why there must be elimination. just one elimination round after the 5th performance would be enough. before that every singer, dancer, rapper and actor could shine, develop new skills and improve. after the first rounds its always lost potencial if anyone is eliminated early. I am watching season 2 atm( to catch up) and in the first round someone got eliminated was looking forward to, made me really sad. Do u know why they stopped the x-fire graduating mechanism after season 3?

Yes S3 is really comforting to watch since all participants are very loyal and caring for each other. S4 is more competetive but they mix more and are not stuck in teams. Since old and young group are able to steal and teams easilier disband.

the only similar show i watched before was "Shine Super brothers s1" and i didnt like the editing there and how they presented the members. Call me by fire is very respectful. :)

Yeah that was really sad but luckily UTS and LYF helped him finally getting all the regognition he deserves. :) i am all in for his music and his voice. I am so happy he could release two albums and is now touring in china :)

Last episodes even got more adorable with Yuchi Hua and Kun Wu. I am really enjoying this :)

Same here and i looooved the song and them harmonizing their voices together. So strong .... this performances are so extreme ... whats coming next??? oO its getting more and more competetive. I think this cast would have shaved their heads :D

yeah i am amazed too. i am trying to watch S3 and s4 simutaniously. Since i missed out on this masterpieces. Glad i found the shows. Super interisting to see old singer/rapper veterans, actors, dancers amd newbie singers/rappers forming teams and creating something beautyful every episode.

I really enjoyed huang xiao on street dance of china. Him dancing in the air looks so effortless. But the endmove when he falls seems so dangerous. I held my breath. oO

I was sad when the combo Aruna shi kai and Jing long did not get enough fire points . They won in my heart. Jing Jongs voice lingers, cant wait to see him more.

I just remembered that he had 4 million when he did Shine Super Brothers Season 1. Last 4 years have been crazy :)
