I loved the scene when ML told FL her necklace saved him from the arrow. And ML takes out the broken stone from his shirt, and FL puts the other half there.

beautiful
itâs been inducted into my âfavorite drama scenes of all timeâ hall of fame.
does it bother anyone else that both FL and ML chose not to escape during the rebellion? It was literally the easiest time to leave bc everything was in chaos and emperor was unconscious. It wouldâve been so free.
I just knew the writers would do that to us. My emotional heartstrings canât take it anymore.
I love FL but I dislike that she always goes back on her word when ML makes such careful plans for them to escape. I feel so bad for him.
I get the one time, when they were coming back from western shu. ML probably wouldâve died.
Still, I donât like that FL keeps doubting MLâs ability. And the whenever FL gets afraid of the emperor bringing her to the palace she goes running to ML to save her. Like heâs a toy.
Does FL not realize that itâs dangerous every time ML makes plans for them to escape? Itâs even more dangerous when she backs out at the last minute.
Do you know the novel ending version? I am afraid of this drama ending. It's full of censorship. So, i am afraid…
Iâve never read the novel, but I kept thinking FL should just fake her death. Romeo and Juliet style. But honestly that never works out well. I wish they wouldâve just left during the chaos of the rebellion.
The scenes between the emperor and ML are so tense. Itâs like watching a ticking bomb that will explode at any second.
Tbh I feel like the emperor already knows about ML & FLâs relationship, but is pretending not to.
I donât want to imagine what will happen to them once he finds out. It wonât be pretty.
And when ML was in the carriage after he left the Deer residence in ep 25, his gaze was so intense, the anger in his eyes. Whatâs he planning to do next, doesnât seem good.
I canât stop laughing while imagining that.
someone should make an edit of this for sure
since thereâs a previous scene of ML and FL on a horse together, when they snuck out of mausoleum. Use that for the sunset ending đ

I decided to not watch the ending (last 4 episodes) and start rewatching from the beginning instead.
That way I wonât already know the ending as Iâm rewatching the show.

I think they shouldâve got caught. Mid act. Right then and there. Now that wouldâve been funny đđ
