should i watch? i haven’t watched a gmmtv bl in a hot minute. probably since msp ngl lol
From what I remember it was okay. Not GMMTV’s worst but not their best. What I did like about Dangerous Romance is how they actually put effort into developing the characters and not just the romance which made the show interesting compared to other BLs. However I would say the acting between the main leads could definitely improve. I would say give it a try!
there probably won’t be a season 4 because of how demanding and toxic the fans of His Man are. I mean multiple contestants from this season alone had to apologize over stupid things so I doubt anyone else will want to go through that… sad because I really enjoyed the His Man series but of course fans had to ruin it.
Deserved more attention and promotion. I didn’t even hear about this show until 2022. It’s disappointing because 2020 was the year when BLs really started taking off internationally so this could’ve been huge. The plot was amazing!
Just finished the last episode and I loved it! I didn’t have high expectations based on other reviews but I’m surprised how much I liked the storytelling and characters.
I’m still kinda confused on the relations certain characters have with each other and their backstory but this drama is fairly short compared to other Chinese dramas and focuses more on the main couple’s story which is understandable. I’m excited to read the novel now!
