Title Deep In Spoiler
Mah, I'm a little bit dissapointed with the ending.
It feels like a lazy way out of bringing good story telling to an end. Now everything can be dismissed with saying "That wasn't 'real'" and "this wasn't a weak point in the adaptation, rather the fictional author's fault".
Now I can think the fictional author isn't that good in writhing, because how could it be the "actors" didn't speak with each other in 13 months?! With no insight of what they did in the mean time, especially ZZ, who had a change of mind (only the short singing scene)? And it would also explain how the GZ/FC story was deeper than the ZZ/ZX story because it wasn't "fictional" and the story didn't have to be "invented" anymore.
And before, I could excuse the questionable therapy work with bl/fanfic tropes, but now, if they are "real", now I really wonder how FC ever got his degree (and I also worry for GZ).

To get wild, now you can also think, Deep In isn't an adaptation of the original novel, but an adaptation about a fictional book about fictional actors who played fictional doctor/therapist pairing, but wait, the pairning is real, but only in the fictional world, so no, actually they aren't real... Now I can't stop thinking about this brain gymnastics, even when I only want to think about our pairings. (Sorry, needed a place to vent <3)

Nevertheless, I enjoyed watching the series (both story lines) and the actors played really good!
Definitely a good watch.

honestly, I just think sun is a bit dense. which is okay.and he also might have repressed the whole memory from…
Yeah, I think so too
After rewatching the rabbit confrontation, I think the reason he wore the costume is so he could enter Jay's office and remain unrecognized. So that nobody finds out that Director Arthur is his backer.
And I also just fully realized how Jay didn't know Sun was the mascot from 5 years ago until this moment. I really shouldn't have binge-watched the series, but it was hard not to XD

Ah okay, so at least his focus on director Arthur makes sense now. Thank you^^

Question Episode 8:
Why wasn't it clear for Sun that Jay was the man from 5 years ago (with the iconic bunny riding)?

When they slept together in e8, Jay said his Karma line and only then it clicked for Sun. I was really surprised by this, because I was convinced that this was already out and in the open?
Reasons:
- Sun overhears Sunny talking about the director who hired someone to look for a person the director (Jay) met 5 years ago
- Sun always asks about Director Arthur to meet him, but with what other reason than knowing him already? Why did he wanted him specifically and not another high-up employee?
- the second bunny scene!! After Sun knew that Jay and Arthur are the same person he asked for the costume from the ad to walk all the way into the Dream building, ruide up to Jay's office and confront him in a bunny costume for no reason at all?? I thought this was the whole point! How he was in costume, to show he knew Jay/Arthur is the man from 5 years ago, and to confront him about how he was played. But if he actually didn't know, he just went there in a bunny costume for fun?

I don't know, I think I missed something important. I know Sun couldn't see Jay clearly 5 years ago, but I thought maybe he knew it was "Arthur" in another way, and then tried to use this information for his advantage when he started his acting revenge plot.
Does anyone know why he did all the stuff, especially the confrontation in the gray bunny costume, seemingly without a reason at all?
