No surprise in the results, votes or not, with the blatant favouritism for this team. Kind of a disappointing show for me but, what to expect from a Mnet show after all ?
Kim Jung Ha and Song Han Gyeom definitely did much better than Ji Ho Geun and Kim Jin Kwon. The dynamic between their characters is much more interesting and they do have a real chemistry, which I didn't feel at all for the other two.
this drama is sooo cute so far 😭 some of y’all in the comments are hating on the littlest things, it’s…
You don't realise that Tae Yi was bullying Se Heon too in a way in the first episodes ? This apply to both couples then. And things that seems of little importance to you can be very important to others, and vice-versa, so commenting things like that is pointless I believe.
Some people really don't think when writing. "MZ youth of the Joseon Dynasty" That doesn't make sense at all. Definitely not the most exciting plot for a sageuk, but let's see when more information and trailers are shared in the future.
Lee Jun Young really shines in this drama, even though the story development is becoming more and more disappointing. I hope to see him getting more interesting roles in the future. Kang In Ha is actually an interesting character, well portrayed by Jun Young, but the execution of the whole story is sloppy for me. And we didn't get enough scenes with Lee Jae Wook and Jung Young alone. This could have been great if it was turned into an impossible romance between their characters instead. ^^
Well, another disappointing episode. It's disappointing because the initial plot is good, the actors quite good too and the overall production of high quality, but the development of this story is so annoying. It's progressing, but in the same time it's going nowhere and I don't even see valuable lessons or morals to learn from it. And with next episode preview it's sure it won't move forward next week neither so I'm ready for being disappointed till the end unfortunately. What a waste. Still, Fukada Ryusei impressed me here and I look forward to future roles for him.
Perfect acting, mature and clever storyline. That's really refreshing to watch this kind of romance, with this kind of production, and this kind of actors. That's not a BL for me. It's a men romance, and a good one, not the cheesy type. Looking forward to the next episodes.
That performance was everything.. It all just came together soo well.. Donghun and Jeup is also soo strong together,…
Oh I'm convinced from the start, they were already perfect together for "가지마 가지마". They really complete each other, so with the right other two members they can make a really great quatuor.
I see a lot of people sugarcoating the situation in the comments. He deserves the backlash he’s getting. (Edit:…
Backlash ? Where ? Here ? Let me laugh. ^^ He was cast as a main character for two upcoming dramas. His carrer is fine. Just because some stupid BL fans (yes I stand by the word stupid) aren't happy that he isn't promoting his first role in "You Make Me Dance" won't change anything. It's his right to not mention or put the light on it. You can dislike or be disappointed by that of course, but nobody here knows his reasons for doing so. The " he is homophobic" that many wrote is totally groundless. Many actors all over the world do the same with their early works, but anybody can found about it with internet so, what's the big deal ? Being obsessed with that is really stupid.
He hid the fact that he acted in a BL "You make me dance" which is his acting debut. Deleted every existence of…
He is not hiding anything seriously. It's impossible as it's all over internet for anyone who wants to know. He knows better than anyone else, but he decided to not promote or put it under the light. So what ? People are in his head maybe ? Do they know his personal life or his reasons for that ? I don't think so, so people should move on seriously. It's not like he publicly rejected or spite on it. Lots of actors all over the world don't mention some of their early works, even though everybody can found out about it. It's their choices, that's all.
This should be called "Unrequited love". ^^ Things will finally move forward next week. Good ! 6 episodes out of 8, when they last 20-ish minutes, to get there is really too dragged on though.
So will man suang be considered a bl movie or just a normal movie ? Because i saw it and there was nothing of…
Yes they talked about that, and it is present in the movie, but they never stated that it was at the center, or the main purpose, of the story told in the movie. That's why I wrote that the movie wasn't promoted as a BL movie. The fact that there is an homosexual romance in a movie or TV series don't make it automatically labeled BL, that's different.
Why not? Im Siwan was able to pull off the character of a high school student in his 30s.
I read many Korean medias articles to be sure, and they all describe this character as "a man disguised himself as a high school student while hiding his status as a NIS agent".
I agree! I'm confused by all the boring comments. I am really liking it! But I do like a slow burn. So, maybe…
Let's say 3 because with the preview of episode 5 and the duration of an episode, I doubt anything will happen next week neither. And if something happens in the last three episodes, although it can be nice, it will probably feels rushed (at least for me), considering the whole duration of the drama. But I agree regarding Ryo and it's actually the reason I like and still watch it. The issue is that people expect a romance, even a light one would be fine, considering it's a Japanese production, but there is none, so this one is bound to disappoint many unfortunately.
Well, this one really doesn't shine by its originality. The "let's break up in the episode previous the final one to reconcile and be happy ever after in the last one" is just too much used and re-used.
Definitely not the most exciting plot for a sageuk, but let's see when more information and trailers are shared in the future.
