The dangerous drug of sex was crazy. I remember watching it without subtitles back then🤣🤣🤣OMG I WAS SHOCKED BY WHAT I SAW. But Japan is on another level when it comes to their movies. Nothing shocks me anymore LOL.
I wonder what people will say when A Round Trip To Love remake comes out.

I don't really understand what is happening between Huo Ying, the Doctor and the Crown Prince. But it seems Huo Ying likes the Crown Prince and the Doctor likes Hou Ying.

Shu He’s love for his brother, the Crown Prince, runs so deep, and it broke him when he realized his brother doesn’t trust him. The Crown Prince suspects Shu He is after the throne, even though Shu He has no desire for it. He’s intelligent, kind, and admired by everyone qualities that unfortunately make the Crown Prince feel overshadowed and insecure.
The scene where Shu He invited his brother the Crown Prince for a drink, only for the Crown Prince to hide and secretly and listen to his conversation with Ziang, was heartbreaking. Shu He even gave up playing the Zither he loved so much, gifting one of its strings to the Crown Prince as a gesture of loyalty. He even told Ziang that if they were born into another family, he and his brother would have been very close.
It’s painful to see that despite all of this, the Crown Prince still views Shu He as an enemy, when in truth, Shu He only ever wanted his brother’s trust that’s why he cried.
I honestly wish this series was longer, but for a low budget historical it’s way better than I expected. I’ve always had a soft spot for wuxia—everything from the costumes to the fight scenes to the visuals feels so good. The atmosphere is authentic, and the cinematography is also good. The editing isn’t the best, but who am I to complain when the story and acting isn't bad.
Shu He has completely won me over, his acting is so natural and captivating. I already love him, even though I know he’s going to piss me off later in the series 😂😂. That just shows how layered his character is and how good he is at pulling it off.
