My love for BL from China, Taiwan, Japan, Korea, and Thailand will never change. But honestly, some fans especially a few from the Thai BL fandom can be so annoying when they talk down on other countries' BL content, like it’s some kind of competition.BL originated in Japan, yet you don’t see Japanese BL fans going around bashing content from other countries. It was never meant to be a competition. I honestly don’t know where all this negativity came from the BL world used to feel so much more peaceful and supportive.They’re clearly pressed scared of the competition and willing to stoop to anything. Honestly, I wouldn’t be surprised if they’re behind the sudden drop in ratings. But let them play their little games. Even if they try to sabotage it, ABO Desire will still outshine their favorite series and actors whether they like it or not.Chinese BL is here to stay. This moment has been long overdue, and we’ve waited far too long for it. Nothing is stopping this wave.

Let’s be honest — novel-to-screen adaptations are never word for word. That’s just reality. Comparing this to Pit Babe and saying that captured the Omegaverse vibe better? Be serious. That show barely understood what being an Alpha or Omega meant — the whole thing felt like the writers just slapped the terms in for flavor without any depth or understanding.

Falling in Love with a Rival" (also known as Counter Attack) came out in 2015 and was easily one of the top BL series of its time. Real OGs appreciated it for what it was — even with its low budget, the actors who played Wang Qing (Chi Cheng) and Jian Yu (Wu Suo Wei) delivered memorable performances.

But some of you new-gen BL fans? Loud and clueless. You're out here judging series from 2015 like they were shot with today’s Netflix money. Newsflash: back then, we didn’t have the luxury to be picky — we appreciated BL for existing at all.

And the audacity to come for Secretary Chang Yu when he barely had any screen time in Episodes 1–3? Be serious. "Mature looking guy"? That’s your critique? Y’all just talk to hear yourselves.
