Hopefully so and i think nobody dared to try it because this genre is largely uncharted territory and honestly, making an Omegaverse BL comes with risks. Some might avoid it because of its intense themes, complex power dynamics, and the potential backlash from audiences who aren’t ready for such dark, unconventional storytelling.
I tried to stay quiet, but i’ve reached my limit and had to speak before i explode. You can’t judge an entire series after one or two episodes. If it’s not your vibe, simply drop it. No one’s forcing you. Some of us have waited YEARS for an Omegaverse BL, and ABO Desire is giving exactly that. I still can't believe we got one AND IT IS NOT A DREAM.
Don’t hop on the bandwagon just to complain about stiff acting or bad directing. Honestly, the only thing that feels a little off are the extras—and that’s minor compared to what the show is pulling off as the first of its genre. And please, if you haven’t even read the novel, maybe hold back before labeling the acting as stiff. The cast is doing an excellent job bringing such a complex story to life.

I love how you put this👏 Exactly ABO-E world is its own universe with its own rules. Hua Yong being an Enigma makes him unstoppable, and with Sheng Shao You as an S-Alpha who’s used to being in control is what makes their tension so addictively good.

Ugh, Hua Yong had me fuming this episode manipulative, calculated, and lying so effortlessly. 😤 Poor Sheng Shao You, he didn’t deserve that torment. But then learning Hua Yong pushed the research team forward just for Shao You’s father’s illness… damn, my heart softened instantly. How do I hate and love him at the same time? 💔❤️

I honestly don’t get some of the recent complaints here. If fluffy BL is your thing, better skip ABO Desire. Most times omegaverse isn’t about singing kumbaya and holding hands, it’s dark, intense, and messy. It is dealing with power dynamics, instincts, obsession, dominance, and vulnerability.
